Not a place for a foot massage, even if they tell you so. Booked a date foot massage and the person answering the phone assured me we would have "chairs next to each other". When we arrived, all rooms have massage beds for full body massage. I showed them the picture from Yelp with the chairs and told them I verified over the phone. Sadly, it was my American accent that must have been confusing for the people answering the phone. It's one thing to have a problem and it's another to see how a business handles it. I don't understand how I am in the wrong in this situation and there was no attempt to make it better. I booked a late massage online with May based on her great reviews. I booked it later in the day because that was her only availability. I received a phone call and a text to let me know they were running behind and to show up a little later. I was totally fine with that and arrived at the new time. Got into the room ... therapist came in and I found out that it was not May, it was Paula. I let a Paula know that I booked with May, but Paula said May was working and didn't attempt to find out what was going on with the front desk. Paula is nice but her technique was not great and she stepped on the very spot I asked her not to touch before the massage began. I also asked for strong pressure and received mostly light pressure. Once I checked out, I let the front desk know about the therapist mix up and my dissatisfaction with the massage. She called the manager, the manager didn't bother to come out. They told me I needed to write a note on the booking if I wanted May, but there is indeed no way to write a note but there is a way to select the therapist which is exactly what I did. Overall, it was not a great experience and the only thing they did was apply a 10% discount and pretty much said tough luck! I will not be returning. read more

I recently departed from my last Thai massage place, which I had gone to for 15+ years. I've been avoiding finding a new place since when. But I work a high stress job and finally booked with another place who canceled last minute. Super desperate, I found this place and I'm so glad that I did! Booking: I was able to call and book fairly quickly. I saw someone complain about a language barrier and maybe the staff was different but I found it easy. I would recommend, however, that if you're going to go somewhere that is a specific culture outside of yours, to mindful of complaining about issues like "language barriers". Seems like a weird to do. Parking: easy parking and very accessible with two rows. A little busy for a Saturday afternoon but I still found front row parking! Atmosphere: It smells very clean when you walk in, a mixture of cleaning product and essential oils. My room and the bedding were also super clean. They play soft music which is great because I get distracted easily. The atmosphere is very spa like and helps represent the price. The service: GREAT!! I held onto my old masseuse out of habit but after they changed owners, the service went downhill. I've been hesitant to find a new place because I need DEEP tissue, hence me going to a Thai style massage place. I was assigned Cat and she DELIVERED. I booked the Thai massage for 90 minutes and she was steady with her pressure the entire time. If you are looking for someone who can apply deep pressure, ask for Cat! Overall: I will be back and I will definitely be requesting cat. I do wish that they had a more extensive add on list, like hot stones or adding extra time for a temple massage or even aromatherapy. Plus I was an LMT in another state. All I can say is YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED. Put pictures of your therapists on the Online Booking so there can't be mistakes. On Friday I called to make an appointment with Kate, and it was booked for 6 pm. At 5 pm, they called me to say Kate was booked already, and they apologized for not seeing it because that appointment was done online. I asked if there was an opening before or after, and they said no. So that wasted my day. She then suggested a Saturday time slot, so I said OK. On Saturday morning, I called to confirm and the lady who answered had limited English, stated Kate didn't work. I asked if Thoun was open, as I have seen her three times before. The lady said Yes, at 5:30. I was actually surprised at this, but was glad to have the booking because I've had a headache for 3 days from computer work. When I showed up to the room, and older lady came in. Again, very limited English. I explained that my appointment was supposed to be with Thoun, and she said "Oh, Thoun busy with customer". That confused me, but I decided to give her a chance. Bad Mistake. I had to keep explaining my pain points. She never hit any. She used tiger balm on my entire back, from neck to feet. After 20 minutes of pain, I asked if she ever use oil, and she said "Oh, tiger balm better!" THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT I CUT SHORT A MASSAGE. I asked for deep tissue, and she did Thai combo. I didn't want to be stretched all over while having a headache! I asked for Thoun and got this lady who insisted on using tiger balm instead of oil. After 45 minutes I had enough. I tipped her for the time, and found out her name is Wendy. The front desk listened to my complaint but offered no explanation nor compensation. The One therapist to see here is Thoun. She loves her job, speaks perfect English and is very skilled. She does deep tissue, will walk on back and does many great stretches. She really focused on my sore and tight spots. I feel a lot better and looser. The place is very clean and professional. It is also very authentic Thai. They ask you to remove your shoes and wear slippers. Then they serve this great tea at the end. Make sure that you ask for Thoun (pronounced Tune). She has been there for a long time. I treated myself to a 60 minute deep tissue massage today (if you can call that kind of pressure a treat!) with Wendy. I came in with ferocious lower back and hip pain. After an hour, I could hardly get off the table. Everything wanted to tighten up! But I stopped and drank the tea (drink the tea!!) and suddenly everything relaxed and 95% of my discomfort was gone. I feel so much better. I made another appointment for next week. The staff is kind. The atmosphere soothing. In one word...amazing! My husband and I had a couple's Thai combination massage to celebrate Father's Day, and it was the best massage we've had. We usually get about four to six massages a year. The beds are very comfortable, they give you sandals to wear while inside, it's clean, and they serve tea with nuts and dried fruit before and after the massage along with infused water. I enjoyed my first visit here. I arrived 10 minutes late, shame on me, but they still gave me the full hour massage with the person I had booked my appointment with. Maya was very friendly and accommodating, and she made me feel at ease. I chose the Thai combination massage. My favorite parts were the hot stone massage and the Thai massage. I picked strong or medium pressure on the application form and I have decided to just go with strong pressure next time--it felt amazing! When someone finally came, I was told to take off my shoes and put on some slippers that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. I wasn't offered any water or tea like the previous reviews stated, and I decided to get the Thai combination massage. The lady seemed to be rushing throughout the entire process including when she stepped on my back. She told me I needed to do 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes to get the full experience which was a serious let down.
