Chad was able to help interrupt many old, incorrect patterns of movement and the restrictions causing them and provided the best set of exercises for me to follow to help maintain them. I am a horse vet who does acupuncture and movement rehab and have a great team of people to help keep me as functional as possible, but until I added Chad into the mix I was getting progressively more restricted in what I could accomplish. His profound knowledge of form to function and how to work with all of the different systems of the body to help restore health has taught me so much. As mentioned in other reviews, he truly listens and observes with great care. His "tool box" of techniques when doing bodywork or prescribing exercises to modify precisely is pretty vast! I now primarily use Chad's online coaching to keep me on track, and have been able to keep progress ongoing despite the pandemic. I really wanted to give a good review and wanted results. Initially, I found it odd that Anya…read morescheduled me for 10 sessions out into the future when I had told her I don't have much money and would like to have results resolved sooner than later. I had five sessions and spent over $1000. It seemed like she wanted to stretch out the appointments because she mentioned I had some thing with my back that she would give me stretches for. When I asked for the stretches, she said we will cover that next session. The back stretches were never given to me. I blindly trusted that she cared about me as a person until she charged me $95 on my credit card with no mention of it to me, that she had stored on file, for a no-show for a Monday appointment when I canceled on Friday. When I called her asking for my money back, Anya coldly responded, we could use that money towards a follow up session. After this interaction, I couldn't fathom trusting her with my body or more of my money. My warning to you and reason for writing this review is that if you are going to schedule with this company, and for some reason you need to cancel, or want to stop your sessions, do so at least a week in advance.

The therapist took me to a modest room with no equipment, I received a very brief exam, He touched my back twice very lightly. he did not actually even look at my back under my shirt. Had me do two press ups on the table and sent me home. No massage, no TENS, no ultrasound, no ice, not even a back care handout. NOTHING! The only physio equipment I saw in the main room was a stationary bike. No bands, no weights, no balls, no stairs, no low tables to do therapy on, just a bike. So, if you've never had PT before you won't know what you're missing here. They we're nice, but that is not actual physical therapy. I deeply resented having to pay for nothing.

I would highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone. I didn't have to do any insurance paperwork they took care of everything, and they are less than 15 minutes from my house. I really like that I get an email reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrive I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes and very often they are ready to get started when I arrive. For your aches and pains try these guys out.
