There was no one near me and the fan was swiveling toward the wall. You coukd see that I was sweating profusely. I could have changed it myself but I was trying to be thoughtful. The response from the was staff , " I was told to let it be" No other information. I went to the desk to make sure this was the 3 word response and was sent word by whomever they were asking permission from to 'let it be." Later I was told that it was not worth the effort to change it. It was oscillating against the wall! Yet I was not worth the effort to change it. I was good enough for them to get my membership money, but not worth pushing a kmob on a fan.

The new studio (opened in September 2024) is gorgeous, welcoming, and always spotless. The energy here is fantastic, and the team does a great job of making every class both fun and challenging. I get so excited whenever I can attend her classes because she brings the perfect mix of encouragement, expertise, and just the right level of push to keep me improving. She makes every session engaging and enjoyable, and I leave feeling stronger and more motivated each time. Like with most Club Pilates locations, the scheduling system has its quirks--waitlists and cancellations can be a bit of a juggle--but that's just part of the experience and not unique to this studio. Once those classes were satisfied, I could determine if I wanted to be a member. Nancy not only charged me for a class I did not take, she also charge me for 4 more additional classes, in which I did not agree with. I came to this center in good faith. I explained to Nancy in good faith that I did not sign up for the additional classes. Nancy stated it was in the contract and she explains the contract with everyone. This is where you need to pay close attention. What Nancy explains and what is in the written contract are too different things. Nancy wanted free money and she stole it from my account. As the owner, she is not concerned with the experience of her customers. Nancy rather steal money from me than have a life long customer. I ask you, which would pay more money in the long run a dissatisfied customer or the life long customer. Fortunately, there are other Pilates studios popping up daily. I recommend going some where else. If by chance you make the mistake and sign up, do not listen to anything Nancy says, read, read, and read for yourself. Horrible experience!!
