Also, location was closed with about 5 people waiting outside because the guy was out to lunch and apparently broke down. Nice "out to lunch" sign. I also had to wait while they found my title. He had no clue where it was being filed. But "file" would signify they had a filing system. Meanwhile, Keeping Up with the Kardashians blasted 2 feet away from my ear. Even after all of that they told me they couldn't help me and I would have to go to the MVA anyway. Lots of wasted time... Lots of wasted money. Never again.

I came in on 11/05/21 and a young woman named "Taya" assisted me. I called first and she was well…read moremannered and even LISTENED to me and did NOT cut me off. She told me to come in as the price is generated and could not give me pricing on the phone. Normally I would just by past and no go to a place that tells me that but I went because of her manners and patience. Went in less than 10 minutes I was out the door. She explained to me everything , had a great spirit and the whole place was warming , smelled good while a candle was lit "warm vanilla" (yes I'm observant ). The place was clean. The table that when you come in the door to your right was clean (no fingerprints on the glass ) and even the baseboards was clean. This was my first time in a Tag & Title place and people always tells me story on how they are ghetto and hood but no it definitely was not. I really appreciate the customer service and the timely fashion everything was done. First time ever renewing my tags and changing over my personalized plates to standardized. I'm so appreciative and it was affordable. Thank you all so much for your business and your inspiration things I read inside your business.

I found Mrs. Dolores online because I needed documents translated for my foreign citizenship…read moreapplication in two days. I was able to text asking for the service, received a response within 15min, got a quote, and was told I could pick up my translation the next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by her daughter who was expecting me, then Mrs. Dolores verified my documents and reviewed the translations for accuracy. Before leaving, she also gave advice to my husband about the best way to convert his foreign license based on our circumstance and explained how she can help. Then, after taking my documents to the consulate the next day, I was told that I also needed certified copies of my documents, which had to be notarized as well and was given an appointment for the next day, but warned that specific language had to be on the cover letter. While still at the consulate, I was able to text Mrs. Dolores to confirm that she could do both for me. We stopped by her office on the way home and she was able to give us what we needed, and told us to confirm with her the next day. So, we took the additional documents to the consulate the next day and was told they were PERFECT! My citizenship process has been long as stressful, do working with such a quick, friendly, and accommodating professional was a breath of fresh air. We are looking forward to working with her again for future services. Thank you so much!!!
