After a very disappointing experience with Precision (through Home Depot), who couldn't deliver the waterfall edge they had promised, Absolute GM stepped in and completely saved our project. Vlad was outstanding to work with--an excellent communicator, incredibly responsive, creative, and a true perfectionist. He suggested design improvements that made our kitchen even better than we had envisioned, and we're so glad we trusted his expertise. One of his ideas was to create decorative medallions in our back patio to replace broken tile inserts rather than simply replacing the damaged tiles. The result is stunning and has become one of our favorite features. He also suggested replacing our front entry with the same Dekton material we used in the kitchen, tying everything together beautifully. It looks absolutely fabulous. On the few occasions we chose to stick with our original plan, he graciously respected our decision and executed it perfectly.Vlad and his team took tremendous pride in their work, paid close attention to every detail, treated our home with care, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The finished kitchen exceeded our expectations, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. If I could give Absolute GM 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We are in the middle of a project with VLAD and he keeps saying he will come and install but never shows up and ignores phone calls. Other subs are in line behind him and cannot work without him finishing. He is not honest and I wish he would just tell us why he never shows up. Very unprofessional and unethical. Absolute Granite was on the list of fabricators my husband and I received from a granite showroom in Seattle. We needed a small slab for a counter-top to a built-in buffet we were having built in our dining room. We worked with Selene Davis from day 1 and she went over and beyond!! We had a whole slab on order and she was able to locate a small piece which saved us a ton! I would give her 10 stars for the level of customer service if I could! The process of choosing and installing new counter tops for our kitchen, dining area and hall bathroom was new to us. From start to finish Selene was tremendous. All of her design suggestions were welcomed and with some thought, each suggestion became a wise decision for us. She stepped us through the process and it was a fun experience. She really knows her business and the final price was well within our budget. Selene promised a lot of things and delivered on every one of them. I would make one suggestion. If you can do take out your counter tops yourself, I would do that or get two bids on it. Also, Georgio, who did the exact measurements and Sergei who did the install were outstanding! We have a large area and needed two slabs of granite, but the finished product only had one seam and it was smooth and nearly invisible. Thank you Sergei. You are the BEST. This also required meticulous measurements and installation. We recently decided to re-do our bathroom countertops, and the only person we even considered talking to was Selene at Absolute (after having worked with her on our kitchen last year). Selene met with us on multiple occasions, always working to find a time and location that was convenient for us. She helped pick out the granite slabs, listened to what I had in mind price and style wise, and provided great advice on both fronts. We had the luck of finding Selene Davis at Absolute Granite & Marble when we decided to renovate our kitchen and laundry room and install granite counters. I called around various fabricators and stone stores and was frustrated because I couldn't find anyone who was willing to explain the process to me and with whom I felt I wanted to work with. Renovating a kitchen and laundry is stressful and time consuming and believe me, you want someone fantastic to work with and not who will take your business and then just disappear when you have questions. We wanted to bypass using a contractor because we knew the look we were going for (and it ultimately saves you a ton of money). When I called Selene, I knew within the first five minutes that she was the "one". She is responsive, motivated, and extremely detailed, and the professionals she works with--the people who create the template, to the people who install the granite were top quality. We scheduled an appointment to meet Selene in Seattle. She set aside her entire day to take us around to see slabs. She wanted to show us what we wanted and then she listened to our feedback and showed us more options. We set out desiring white marble but quickly learned that might not be our best option with a huge kitchen and a small baby. She showed us White River granite that looks a lot like marble but has the durability of granite. We knew we loved it right away and the next task was to find our slabs. Don't underestimate the fabricators relationships with the suppliers. Wherever we went, Selene knew everyone. If we needed to see a slab, within five minutes the people that worked there would have it moved out (which is a ton of work & requires crane like machines) for us to see. She worked on price and I have no doubt if there were a slab tucked away somewhere that would work perfectly for us that she would know about it and show it to us...nothing was overlooked & that's what's so great about working with her. Absolute also has a bone yard filled with remnant slabs located in Kirkland. It was worth the drive and if you have a small project and/or budget this may be the way to go. Selene wants you to be happy and she goes through all the steps to make sure you're a satisfied customer. She was in constant contact and flexible as to how we communicated. We live on Bainbridge Island and on the day the template was placed on the our slab, she used FaceTime so we could essentially be there and have a say in how it was laid out. I asked her if she would be at our house for installation and she said "no, I completely trust my guys". She was right and having such a great crew to work with means that she doesn't have to micro manage everything, and in my opinion that's the way it should be. The installation was a breeze, and as I mentioned earlier, the professionals who installed were beyond good. They worked from around 10 a.m. until after 7 p.m. to install everything and were meticulous. We couldn't be more happy with the work they did, and our overall result. We have two more bathrooms to renovate where we want to use marble and we will only work with Selene. If you can't decide with whom you want to work, give her a call and you'll see that she is amazing!! read more

Absolutely terrible company. All they care about is getting as much square footage out as possible. Their attention to detail is terrible or should I say lack there of. If you are in the trades and know how the final product should look, you'll know that it's not up to most contractors standards. Unless it's your run of the mill track homes or just your basic remodel. They have absolutely no skills to do any custome work what so ever. And the laser they use to measure is anything but accurate. They use it because it's fast and it allows them to get most square footage out as possible with a short turn around. I'm in the trades myself and this would be one of the last companies I would recommend to any of my clients. Don't be fooled by them. read more

I have only posted a few other Yelp reviews in my life, but was SO pleased with this place, that I had to do another one. We recently did a kitchen remodel and decided on marble countertops in our kitchen. I was not sure where to even start. Our contractor recommended Absolute Granite and Marble. He told us there is no one better around and he has seen a lot of kitchen remodels in his day. I was told Ann was great to work with, so I called and drove down and met with her. She walked me through the process in a matter of minutes, told me where to go to find the marble (Meta Marble which ended up being the ONLY place in Georgetown that had a decent supply to pick from), informed us of the price, which was substantially lower than the other bid we had gotten from another fabricator, and booked the install in a timely manner exactly the week the cabinets were complete as we requested. Ann came over when the template was done and gave us some good ideas regarding edges, etc. She invited me to the showroom to plan which parts of the slabs would be used in which areas of the kitchen. She was very hands on and I felt very much a part of the process. And there was no stress whatsoever. The installers were equally amazing. The seam is nearly invisible. When requested, they came back once to polish a few areas again with no questions asked. I just cannot say enough. Five stars is not adequate!! Look no further and don't waste your time with other fabricators. We love our marble, and these guys, along with Meta Marble, are the way to go!! read more
