He even did some fine tuning that I would never expect like grinding off the exposed nails inside the shed. Matthew, Owen, and Bradley were the builders and got our project completed in one day in pretty heavy rain. They were all very professional and super respectful to me and my wife as well as our property. Their work ethic really showed with their ability to get our project completed in one day. Bradley came back the next day to do some caulking and touch ups and he was so responsive to my nit picking and asked for said critique to ensure I was happy before he left. The other co-owner, Aaron, stopped by as well to check on the project.

The work was fantastic, and we hoped one day to have our shed done by them. Skip to 2021 and we hired them under their other name "Garden Solutions". They were booked solid for months, but when an opening came up, they slotted us in early. They referred us to a man to do our gravel pad, who came out on a previously scheduled personal vacation day to make sure our pad was prepped before the new early build. When snow delayed our build, they managed to only delay a few weeks, still ahead of the original schedule. When torrential rains rolled in on our first build day (literally record-breaking rains), the team worked tirelessly, soaked to the bone for hours. they followed through with the timeline, and came out an extra day (sunny this time!) to do a few touch ups and simple modifications we requested. Throughout, Tony was an excellent communicator. His on-site team were friendly and very hard working. The finished shed is solid as a house, looks fantastic, and we can honestly say we were happy with every step of the process. Thanks to all for the great shed!

I requested a refund of my rent and move-in fees, but was not granted one. Upon arriving at the storage facility on my move-in day, I followed the directions I was sent in an email from Secure Space and attempted to unlock the gate using the provided gate code. The code did not work. I went to the manager's office for assistance and after a few minutes he was able to get me logged in to the online system, which I was for some reason not fully processed in yet, despite signing a lease and paying the full balance the day before. I proceeded through the gate, which now worked with the code, and went to my assigned unit. Upon driving around the facility, I noticed many piles of items and what appeared to be garbage left around. I found my unit, which was down several hallways. The outside door leading to the hallways was unlocked. The directions stated that I should find a combination lock on the door to my unit, and use the code provided to open it. However, rather than finding a combination lock on the door to my unit, there were two blue locks requiring a key. I returned back to the manager's office again to troubleshoot the lock problem, only to find him gone and a sign on the door saying he would return at 5:00, even though it was after 5:00 at that point. I called the number listed on the office door and was directed to a woman who worked for Secure Space. I explained the situation regarding the locks and my inability to enter my unit. She expressed concern that the manager was not in the office and said she would try to contact him. She was unable to get a hold of him and told me to "wait outside the office for 15-20 minutes to see if he'd show up". She said she would then call me back to follow up. I waited outside the office for 25 minutes without seeing anyone. At that point, I decided to drive back to my unit to see if perhaps the manager was there or busy working somewhere else on the property. I could not find him. I parked outside my unit and called the number back that I had previously talked to, and this time was connected with a male. I explained the situation again. He stated that he was the manager and that he left a sign on the office door saying he'd return at 5:30, hence his absence. This was not true-the sign said 5:00. He was unapologetic about the situation and seemed frustrated with me. However, he said he would run down to my unit to help me troubleshoot the locks. I waited outside my unit for another 15 minutes. Still the manager did not show up. Finally, I called again. He said he was on his way. A couple minutes later, I saw him coming around the corner towards the entrance to my unit. Again, there was no apology on his part for the inconvenience. Together we walked to the unit where I showed him the two locks on the door. He said that he had to go get a tool and physically cut the locks off of the door. He left again and came back with a large set of cutters and then proceeded to cut off both locks. Upon opening my unit, the manager looked inside and stated that the unit hadn't been swept out and that he'd be back with a broom. I waited for him to retrieve it and looked inside to find the floor of the unit littered with debris and a pile of what appeared to be dried excrement in the corner of the unit. A few minutes later, the manager returned with a broom and a large shovel. He attempted to pick up the dried excrement off the floor with the shovel, but a stain was still left. He stated that he'd refund the price of my lock for the inconvenience (this never happened). Then, he left me to move in. Unfortunately, at that point it had been over an hour since I had arrived at the facility and I felt neither safe nor taken care of. I did not want to move any of my items into a dirty unit where there had just been excrement on the floor. I left and had a car full of items that I was unable to store. I wrote a thorough e-mail detailing my experience to Secure Space customer service, and never heard back. Finally, I simply cancelled my lease because I didn't want to be charged for another month at a unit I was not using. I was never refunded the price of the lock, as the manager had promised, nor was there any response to my concerns. Overall, my experience with Secure Space Lynnwood could not have been worse. I would not feel safe storing my belongings at their facility, no matter how low the price.

He had to say goodbye to living in the only home he and my mother (who has passed), owned. Purchased in the early 1970s. Also the only physical location I knew as "home" growing up. Fast forward to present, a year later. The house still has not gone on the market due to life happening. With the birth of our first child, I found myself overwhelmed as I walked through my parents house. It was aging, and cluttered with 40+ years of memories and, well, clutter. Why all the backstory? Because anyone can come into a strangers home and throw things out, or donate them. But Linda came recommended for a reason. She walked into our home with a felt sense of honoring the memories that existed there. Everything she touched and inquired about was intentional, with purpose and respect. She engaged the memories with us and lent a firmly gentle hand on some items that were best to let go of, knowing it was hard to do so. The topper for me was how she engaged my father who wrestles with memory loss. She never responded to him with anything other that complete respect. As I drove dad from the house his response was: "She really is an outstanding woman, so professional, organized, and nice." I can not recommended Uncluttered and Linda enough. She made the overwhelming manageable.

The workmanship of the…read morefinished deck exceeded our expectations, and every person we encountered was pleasant to work with. Our project was the installation of an 8' x 11' elevated attached deck. I had whittled my initial list of contractors down to six before choosing All Decks. Cost was competitive but was not the lowest bid. This was the third deck in this location. The previous two were wood. This time we chose to have a composite deck installed, to not have a stairway, and to have the area underneath the deck protected from rain. As this was an elevated deck, it was covered by municipal code requirements more stringent than when the previous two decks were built. We worked with Adam during our initial contact, and in designing the deck. We chose Dekorator planking, Trex handrails, and the Trex RainEscape system. We wanted to minimize supporting posts, as a competing bid would have used 6 posts, and we had seen decks on houses like ours that had 5 to 6 posts. All Decks was able to use only 2 posts by having larger-size (6"x6") posts and by attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor. The All Decks showroom was extremely helpful in choosing materials and colors, and in evaluating the RainEscape system relative to alternative underdeck rain coverings. Kendall did thorough work when he visited to do the detailed yard survey required by code. The level of detail in the resulting documents was unexpected and illuminating. The three-man team led by Chris who put up the deck was professional and unobtrusive. A special challenge was attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor as the current municipal code requires an exceptionally robust connection. Installing this connection required removing several plank-and-tongue grooves from under the overhang of the cantilevered 2nd floor, which is very difficult without causing damage. I was skeptical that it could be done and was pleasantly surprised to see the excellent appearance of the re-installed planking. (As expected, I repainted the reinstalled planks myself.) As for the steel-bar-reinforced concrete footings, Chris meticulously set their height so as to enable the potential future installation of a ground-level deck made from pavers. The gentleman who delivered and picked up materials and the portable toilet was discreet and careful. Crystle ensured smooth communications for scheduling, billing, etc. We are very satisfied with the All Decks team and their work.

They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. It still looks great and I couldn't be happier.
