The highlight for me was a two-scoop concoction in a waffle bowl with a single scoop of Banana-licious Chocolate Chunk mingled with a scoop of Honey Almond Brioche covered in chocolate chips. The Banana-licious was terrific as it presented a chocolate chunk in every bite. The Honey Almond with pieces of Brioche was also quite good and the combination was decadently wonderful. The hot fudge quickly melted the ice cream so I kid of had to eat it fast.. The inside was fairly empty and cold but they also had tables with chess boards but no chess pieces which would have been nice to play. The table I sat at had not been whipped down which was kind of gross but I cleaned it before I sat down. Over all not really worth the trip..

When we stopped by this small outlet at the Gurnee Mills mall, we were inspired to try and relive the magic of that gift. The Buy 3, Get 1 Free deal helped sweeten the pot, too! Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, which made it easy to add a tip to the order. We went with both peanut butter and M&M cookies and neither flavor disappointed in the least. The handy box to carry the cookies in was helpful as well. I don't find myself here very often, but if I did, I would definitely try a cookie cake from here knowing how good the regular cookies are!

Date of order: April 4, 2026…read more I used the app to order some cookies for a friend for Easter and understood that because it was further away I was paying a $13 extended delivery fee. A few minutes after the order was picked up by DoorDash, the driver realized that it was not very close and said they would not be delivering the order and I could contact DoorDash for a refund. I did not use DoorDash, I used Crumbl, who outsourced the delivery to DoorDash. I then called the Gurnee store to get my refund, but no one would answer the phone for me to get a refund so now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. You would think that the store would reach out to me when DoorDash brought the order back to the store, but sadly they did not. Not likely to order anything from Crumbl again given the poor experience.
