The restaurant is not clean. It smells overwhelmingly of mildew, and the drink station and tables are not wiped down often enough. The drink station had sticky overspray all over the machine, straws, lids, etc. and the table was greasy. The burger was also greasy, squished, with the contents leaking out all around. I think probably a 3.5. I got the Avocado bacon cheeseburger. They definately load the avocado on. Props for that! Taste of meat was a little muddled below. I got the side of onion rings. I see some of the reviews, people seem to love them. I did not. They did not have much taste but more importantly they were extremely hard on the outside. The only way I can describe it would be to say the outside would be like having potato chip fried in peanut oil over onions. I struggled through and ate a few but then threw the rest away (I almost never throw out food). I honestly think I was disturbing the people next to me with my chewing and I do chew with my mouth closed. Staff was very friendly and they were quite busy for lunch. For a small town burger joint I give them a 5 star rating. The reason for a 4 star read on. This was my first trip to Super Burgers and I was very pleased with the food. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger (my usual choice). The burger was served within 5 or 6 minutes and was very pleasant to the eyes. The fries were very hot and crispy meaning they cooked them when ordered. The sandwich was on a large bun The burger was about 3 inches thick. It had a large amount of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion and a spicy mayo. The only negative was the pre-formed meat patty. (Looked like any pre formed patty from your local grocery). It was cooked just right though. Probably med-well, no pink inside but not dried out either. THE BURGER DID HAVE A GREAT TASTE AND I WAS WELL SATISFIED. To sum it up, stop in and have a very good homemade type burger, you will be well satisfied. If they upgrade their meat to Angus beef, they would rate a 5 star. read more

I really want to like this place. I really do, it it's just not there for me like so many others. Maybe it's because it was about to close (5:30, closes at 6p), and they were sloppy in cooking the burgers. The burgers are thin and the cheese wasn't even melted on it. The fries are good and the large shake is HUGE and very tasty, but with all the recommendations I would expect more. They have a small kids menu that consists of chicken strips, grilled cheese, corn dog, but no burgers. Maybe because they are so thin. I ordered a double, which is about the equivalent of a single at Whataburger, and not as tasty. The fries are good. They are thicker cut than Whataburger. The chicken has a good taste to it, but we didn't get any gravy with it. We did last time. Again, maybe just because they were closing soon? Anyways, the food is average for me. The chocolate shake was outstanding. If I go again I'll have to order a triple patty. As of December 2016, I wanted to say my last experience was outstanding!! The burger was great. A few co-workers go here fairly often and would always call it GreaseBurger, so one day when I was actually in the mood for a greasy burger I drove up this way and had the original 1/4lb combo with bacon, cheddar, and onion rings. Turns out it was not at all greasy, even with the bacon. That isn't to say it was dry, either. It was quite a great burger. I was not stuffed after eating it, but I felt full the whole rest of the day. Call me impressed. I will be returning soon. read more

Having gone here twice, I feel I can give a fair review. I've had both the cheeseburger and the chili cheese burger. The patties are very thin and have little to no taste however, the chili cheese burger was fantastic. Had a ton of flavor and wasn't over loaded to the point of no return. I've never had particularly bad service here but the place is very small, it's a shack after all. I feel like they could maybe rearrange somethings to make it a little more inviting. Wait a HOT minute. I'm for real. THIS mug right here is THE business of burgers. Check my stats, I don't just hand out 5-star ratings. To me something can always be improved, always. Heck, something can be improved now, the fries. The fries were too soft, too little, too bland. The poor fries felt like a side dish, afterthought, just something basic. The look, feel and atmosphere of the establishment screamed BURGER tho. My goodness made up for the fries. First, it was huge and I'm rocking the Veggie Burger. (Seriously, never seen a veggie burger that big!) Next up is that bread/bun. It had a biscuit fluffiness to it but every bite opens with a toaster texture. The vegetables were fresh, crisp and absolutely nothing was overdone. I'm not calling names but some places give entirely too much shredded lettuce. Last is the actual meat. For lack of better words, it tasted like expensive beyond meat patties. I give with that ultimate respect because beyond meat is the upper echelon of fake meat. Super Burger's Veggie Burger has a definitive, smoky, grilled flavor and it's firm composition felt like real meat. It's like a beyond meat patty but BETTER. I destroyed my meal, ravaged the fries and ate other folks' fries because it made me feel like the burger lasted longer! I'll be back consistently from here on out. read more
