Good food, AWFUL owners. Came in 3 times and each time the order was incorrect. When I called back to finally complain and explain, I got scolded and yelled at and told "not to eat there anymore". All because I asked for extra ham (which I was charged for) on my sandwich and there was only 1 slice. I didn't raise my voice yet the owner felt the need to yell over me while I was trying to explain. I couldn't get a word in. They even had the balls to ask me to bring the food all the way back a 2nd time because they didn't want my business. Do NOT give people like this your money. Just moved down the street and have ordered here twice now. I almost always ask for pizza well done, so I did so both times. Each time the pizza was horribly soggy by the time I got it (once delivery and once pick up). So soggy on the bottom and middle that I have to cook it even more in my oven when I get home. This is quite frustrating as their prices are great and the pizza is actually really really good. They also have the best baklava I've ever had! Even ones I've had in Europe! I hope they're able to address this? I can't be the only one who hates soggy pizza! They're polite and friendly tho! I'll be coming back another time to try and dine in perhaps? I used to love them, BUT the time my husband got food poisoning and I told them they not only won't serve us (and of course having been one time you give EVERYONE the benefit of the doubt), but the "medical " controversy that they challenged us on went too far. We've ordered from Original Village Pizza twice now and have been very happy both times! They deliver to our Auburn house, right over the line of Worcester. They are always quick with delivery & very accommodating when we build our own pizzas & ask for substitutions. The pizza both times was great and exactly how we like it. Not too under done, cooked perfectly! Toppings are fresh & plentiful. Salad was good too, their homemade dressing is tasty! The chicken dinner is a good deal coming with 12 pieces of chicken, giant potato wedges, coleslaw and bread/butter all for around 22$. They don't have different flavored chicken but it is still good. We will definitely be back because the price is so good :) read more

Just happened to be in the area after checking out a car for my daughter. Went out afterwards to grab a quick bite and came upon Original Village Pizza. Ordered a large pizza, half Mediterranean and half Pepperoni. It wasn't busy at 3:30 in the afternoon and in less than 15 minutes we had a delicious pizza with crispy fried eggplant, chicken, green pepper and feta on one size and Pepperoni on the other. The crust was deliciously crispy without being dry. The cheese was chewy and flavorful. Consensus was we would definitely return if we are in the area. read more

Reopened near the end of 2010, this family owned pizza parlor is wonderful. Big improvement over former owners! Great food, great service, great prices make it a definite winner for local pizza! Love that it is a place where the neighborhood meets and the owners know everyone in the area. If you're lucky you might even happen into a little live music...IF you're lucky. Located in the Quinsig Village neighborhood in Wootown. This place is really delicious. It has fantastic pizza and this dish called "Chicken & Jo-jos" those are deliciously crisp fried chicken parts (leg, wing, etc) and the "Jo-Jos" are these huge potato wedges seasoned and fried to perfection. We also ordered the Spicy Italian grinder. A fantastic sandwich. The taste was good and the service was better than expected. Cole slaw and bread on the side. Next was the Steak and Cheese Grinder. I got it plain, meat, cheese and mayo on toasted hero bread. Great. 10pc Mozzarella sticks and the App Sampler joined our party. Loved the fix-ins it came with: ketchup, marinara, sour cream...Topped it all off with a 2 ltr of Coke and it came out to $37?? This place is extremely close to our house, so we order from here a LOT. Like, probably every other week. It isn't the BEST pizza I've ever had, but it is good -- consistently so. We also like to order from here because their delivery is extremely prompt, and the pizza always arrives nice and hot. (I'm sure it helps that we live so close, too, but that's a big plus.) Finally, we always order a somewhat complicated pizza (one topping on one side, two different toppings on the other) and they've gotten it right every time. I can't comment on the place itself because despite having ordered from here probably a dozen times, I honestly have never set foot in the door. But for delivery, they've been prompt and accurate with good pizza. read more

The owner who is a woman, I guess was offended that I said her daughter was rude. So she was rude too. must be a family thing. ordered today a plain pizza, took one piece back to work. and went to take a bite and there was a long hair in it. wow, no lunch today.
