This coffee shop not only has wonderful coffees. They always have a very polite service. Like everyone is part of there family. I normally drink my coffee black. But only give into the seasonal pumpkin spice latte. This coffee shop made me one that put Starbucks to shame. The temp and balanced flavors were one of my top 5 of all time. She's gluten free, so I searched and found that Audra's offers GF food - great! We visited twice... the first visited was the first thing we did when we first arrived in town; the second visit was the next day. Andrea is very friendly and makes amazing chai and pastries, including many gluten free items. Andrea's other guests are also welcoming and friendly. The restaurant + store is named for the way[some of] the Scottish people pronounce "copper cow," referring to one of the few colors of Scottish Highland cows. There was a steady stream of people in the store, both locals waiting for the parade to start, and nearby campers looking for unexpected gifts or trying to replace a lost item. The coffee was good; the people were friendly; and this is a must-visit stop for finding a touristy gift, or some local goods, or an eye-opening cup of coffee. Small town shops are the best at catering to locals and passers-through.
