I was having trouble starting and bough down and just rough running engine with less than 200 hrs. He did appropriate diagnostic work and when completed the Johnson 115 purrs like a kitten. He also went through my trailer and gave me great fixes which include new bearings for the wheels. He is replacing the impeller on next Monday as well. Very professional and focused upon the task! I recommend him highly for any boat, car, and truck repairs. He brings his shop with him in an inclosed trailer. Call him before you think of someone else!

I reached out to Gus and found him to be very reliable and responsive to my boating needs, along with personal service when I called. This caused the gear oil to leak over my driveway. According to the dealer this is a standard practice to always use washers on all plugs on the lower unit. When asked to come back and fix the job despite paying him an additional 100 dollars. He refused. I would not recommend this mechanic on an outboard.

I thought the shrink wrap was going to be super expensive but it wasn't at all. I decided to shrink wrap it and the work that JC Marine Services did on it was outstanding. I haven't seen such a well thought out shirnk wrap execution whcih also included enviornmental componenets to be sure any moisture could escape and keep the boat fresh. We just got done getting it ready for this season and when we arrived to do the work we were all impressed with the job that JC Mairne services did.
