You can play with others and throw the foam darts. It's a large space with a lot of room to run around and play with the darts but I think the mysterious entryway makes it hard for people to find or figure out. NIKE RECIAL PROFILING: I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Nike Outlet location due to what felt like clear racial profiling. I came into the store with the intention of buying business-casual athletic wear and running shoes. I like to take my time when I shop, looking at styles, comparing items, and thinking about how I'll wear them with what I already own. I was also waiting nearby for my sister to get off work, so I wasn't in a rush. I had time and a budget. One specific employee: a short, bald Black man with facial hair repeatedly approached me, at least five times, asking in the same way different words insinuating, hurry up! "You STILL doing okay"? making the creepiest eye contact, despite me clearly browsing and not asking for assistance. The frequency and tone felt excessive and targeted. I was also texting my partner during this time, which I later showed to the manager to clarify that I was simply shopping, not doing anything inappropriate. After the repeated interruptions, I asked the employee to stop asking me, as it was becoming uncomfortable. Shortly after that, I looked up and realized that all of the items I had been collecting to purchase were gone. The same employee had removed only my items that I took an hour to decide on, while other unattended merchandise nearby was left untouched. This felt retaliatory and unprofessional. I want to be clear: I was not stealing, nor have I ever. I walked into the store with a $500 budget and ended up spending $488. No one should be rushed, followed, or made to feel suspicious while shopping, especially when they are clearly there to purchase. What made this even more uncomfortable was that the behavior seemed performative, as if the employee was trying to assert authority in front of other staff. Even other employees appeared visibly uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled. I do want to acknowledge the manager on duty, who handled the situation professionally. She sent the employee on break, helped me retrieve the same items, and personally checked me out. I appreciate her stepping in and making sure I could complete my purchase. Still, this experience shouldn't happen to anyone. As a gay, masculine-presenting woman, I left feeling targeted and disrespected in a space where I should have felt welcomed as a customer. I hope this location takes a serious look at staff training around customer engagement and bias, because no one deserves to feel profiled while shopping. read more

My daughter wanted to check out the Nike Clearance Store so we had to stop here. It is an enclosed outlet center which basically goes in a loop. There is plenty of parking. It is a mix of high end outlet stores, retail stores and entertainment. We went home with a few purchases. Is it worth making a trip out here? If you like to shop, sure. read more

We are, or should I say we were, Beyond+ members with BBB. We placed an order prior to 2:00 PM and we're informed the items would be delivered today before 9:00 PM, one of the perks of a Beyond+ subscription. We received a message the order had been delivered, but no info as to exactly where the items were (front door, mailbox, mailroom, etc.). Contacted BBB chat and more frustration. The chat person kept saying message not understood, but you can ask other questions to clarify. What's so difficult about answering the question, "Where's our order"? Several attempts to readdress the chat line only got more frustrating with no help or conclusion. Called customer service and got the same response. Then we're told that at times ordered packages are delivered to the store closest to our location, then delivered from the store to the door. Another totally frustrating experience. It's now 9:25PM and still no package. We were told the items would be delivered by 9:00 PM. Opened our account and canceled the Beyond+. read more

This mail has everything! And it's nice to walk around for some exercise. But sadly, this place is no longer safe. Drug dealers in the parking lot; boldly parked in the front spots, visibly doing drugs. Broken down cars that tweakers are coming and going from. I was at this mall for all of 20min and saw 2 different parties running outside with hoards of merchandise in their arms. So sad. And one of the locations; the Coach Outlet had a security guard on duty. The thief just ran right by him and no one does anything. It's just chopped up to an immediate loss. Vending with her was the worst experience my friend and I had; not only was she rude and unprofessional. she spend the whole day pass out in massage chair by our both. A very nice shopping mall with a variety of stores. D&B is around the corner, H&M, there's Michael Kors, an Anime store, Mariners Sports store, Burlington Coat Factory, Nordstrom Rack, and many more. Food court food is kind of iffy, though... Walking around is good. Busy at times, but easy to navigate. Prices are decent at some of the stores and you can find some nice deals. We visited on a weekday evening, it was not crowded and the place was fairly clean. We visited the Nike store, they had good deals got out of there with 80dlls shoes that totalled: $35 after discount, cant beat that for good running shoes for a teen. We also checked out the Old Navy outlet. I must say that even though they had good deals, there was very little selection for a teen girl. Lots of clothes for little ones like toddler size and lady sizes too, didnt check the men section but it seemed pretty large. We also checked out the H&M store which was pretty large. They have a great selection if winter clothes still, but also spring like styles. The store was clean and well organized. The food court could use improvement, but there were good selections: Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, American and Filipino. I feel like I would appreciate new options. There is restaurants surrounding the parking lot on the main street though. We also checked Rue21 (I hope I spelled that correct) that store had not good selections according to us, the clothes looked old and cheap (I mean they are cheap, lol) while their display looked somewhat attractive to but clothes for a lazy day or for my teen, being in the store reminded me of Goodwill shopping. It looks good now but how will the shiny new couches and decor hold up after a year of abuse? We'll see. -stores: Chicos, Skechers, Nike Factory Store, Michael Kors, J. Crew, Ann Taylor LOFT, Brooks Brothers Factory, and H&M have been added among others. -restrooms: what used to be the worst part of the Supermall now isn't so bad. -food court: no longer do I see ghetto vendors, franchise companies are moving in and taking over What hasn't changed: -questionable activity in the parking areas: during several of my visits, the parking lot was filled with folks hanging out smoking pot. It was out in the open with at least half a dozen addicts sitting in their cars or sitting on the back of their trucks. Walking to the car, I choked on the wafting smoke clouds as they continued to huff and puff. -security: related to the questionable activity as stated above, the air of danger and unsafe conditions still remain. Lighting at night has not increased by much and presence of security little to none since its grand opening (or what they called the "unveiling"). -wasted space: design and layout of many areas are still bare, resembling a big long hallway with nothing but white walls. Walk the mall and you'll see what I am talking about. Overall: Better than SuperMall? Yes, BUT if they clean up of the surrounding areas of the mall, beef up security, and continue towards increasing the usable square footage and adding quality tenants, over time they may recover the $35MM they invested into the project. read more

The Outlet Collection Seattle - So cute - Shopping Centers Near Me - Auburn, Washington

Anyone else still call this Outlet Collection the Supermall? Growing up in Oly, I remember coming here back in the day when it was the Supermall and in my most recent visit to the now Outlet Collection, I was impressed by this renovated and more modern appeal. Store selection for me is A-OK. There were a few stores I was happy to see like J.Crew and Nike, but other stores aren't normally where I'd shop. Plus, the inventory at some of the stores didn't have much. But you could really spend a couple hours, walking the entire mall and shopping. I like that there is a food court in the middle of the mall, making it central for whenever you need some grub! The casual dining options aren't bad either, as they have a diverse range of cuisines. The only kind of dine-in establishment I saw inside the mall was the new Dave & Buster's, but the mall is located nearby other restaurants like Red Robin. Parking is super easy since there are multiple entrances with a huge lot. I went on a weekday as the mall was opening and it wasn't busy at all, which was nice. Overall, glad to see the new and improved "Supermall" with some stores that are worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Out of all the outlet malls that are around the area (Woodburn in OR and Seattle Premium), this one isn't the best one. It does have the more higher end stores, such as, Nike, Coach, Michael Kors, and Nordstorm Rack, but not as much as the other outlet malls. There are other smaller stores are well/classic mall stores such as Bath and Body Works, Fuego, Payless, etc. It's an okay mall, but it feels on the lower end even in terms of outlet malls. This mall always seem to be very crowded regardless of the time/season. There's also a Dave's and Buster, so that could add to the crowd as well. read more

DON'T TAKE YOUR SANTA PHOTOS HERE! We looked online and they said that they take walk in and reservations. We tried to book a reservation, but it was full so we decided to do the walk-in. I spoke to the guy at check in and he tells me they take walk in between appointments. However, that is NOT the case! I waited for an hour and decided to speak to the manager and she told me they were only taking reservations and only AFTER reservations are all done then they will take walk-ins IF they have time.There are at least 15 family on the walk in lines and I doubt they are aware of this because the guy at check in is giving us different information than what the manager told us. If I had known this prior to waiting for an hour I wouldn't have wasted time waiting. If you insist to take photos than make sure you have a reservation, but I won't be coming back because the staff there is rude. I heard them gossiping about their other customers so I'm sure they'll be talking about me later too. read more

Formerly known as the 'Supermall', this place has not picked up the pace one bit. Sure there a lot more stores now but even with a lot of people inside, the place seems bleak and dead. The new H&M, Nike, Michael Kors, Coach looks nice but their monotone exterior really didn't help the livelihood of the place. All of the stores seem to be so scattered, with what felt like 'filler stores' between the big brand names. The food court is very spacious in seating but limited on selection. And although it's considered the outlet collection now, I much prefer the Seattle Premium Outlets. There weren't very many good deals, i mostly come here for Nordstrom rack lol read more

A MAN'S MAN Review of the Supermall of Auburn... but now it has a fancy name called the Outlet Collection of Seattle (ahhh geez...) This place is not located in Seattle... not anywhere close to Seattle! We talking about another good 30mins of driving. This place still has the 253 area code! Seattle's area code is 206 so let's not get this twisted! I haven't been back to the Auburn Supermall in years. The last time I was here the place needed some improvements. We talking about visual improvements. This place got old real quick! Like with the quickness! Since then they've renovated the place and made changes to the food court and it does have some major retailers hanging around. If you don't count the old folks using this place for their personal exercise then foot traffic has never been busy. Still kinda dead but this place is striving still when you still have big name retailers and their factory outlet stores. You should be able to get lucky and score some discounted items at Nike, Nordstrom and other various retailers. My special needs coconut head should've took a better look at the directory because I ended up circling the entire mall when all I had to do was cut thru the middle of the mall via thru the foodcourt to get to the store that I wanted to get to. So be sure to take a look at the directory because you could save yourself some serious walking! The Food Court has pizza, fast food Chinese, Subway, teriyaki, and Mediterranean foods available but I would avoid Nori Japan. Bad review for that place by me! There is an actual merry go around for the kids at one end of the mall. Again, take a look at the mall directory! Play area with a cool looking cartoonish Space Needle replica for the itty-bitties! The kiosk for customer service was empty tho so maybe the associate was on break or the mall just DGAF!
