It's located in Renton right off the 405 freeway at Exit 5, which makes it very accessible. The area has a great mix of food options, including Red Robin, Korean barbecue, Thai food, and even a movie theater. The layout is well spread out and the area is especially known for its Asian cuisine. I definitely recommend taking your time to walk around, especially on the weekends when it's lively and busy. It's also conveniently located next to a park, which adds to the experience. The selection here is mostly food-focused, with limited shopping options such as Ulta Beauty and Target. Overall, the value of this place is decent, though it does lean more toward the expensive side due to its touristy feel. Despite that, I still recommend stopping by.

I'll be honest in terms of selection, prices (and flavors/techniques for Mei Wa), these are kinda average though are enough to satisfy if you have a craving. Mama Dough and Seoul Tofu are solid restaurants from eating at each 2-3 times. Mia Sugarcane produces some delicious sugarcane drinks though nowadays on the pricier side. Boba Tea Lab is pretty standard bubble tea. I've yet to try Big Bowl Spicy Cuisine and several others, including LiuYiShou Hotpot which is one of the newer restaurants, that also has 22 other locations in North America including NYC, SF, Chicago, Boston, and Vancouver and Toronto areas in Canada. All in all very convenient and generally clean and easy to get around. Very popular so during peak weekend times expect a very full parking lot; the spaces are also tight so you have to be careful when parking and opening car doors.

Service was fine at Woods Coffee and The Container Store; not great, not bad. I was happy that Woods Coffee had Kombuchas for sale, and my Kombucha that I bought there was pretty good. The price was decent for it too, Kombuchas are not super cheap even when buying them at the grocery store, so for a coffee shop in a mall-like area I was satisfied with the price for it. I drink Kombucha often. I love the Container Store, and I could spend hours in there. The selection was excellent. However, despite my enjoyable browsing, I just bought a load of white cardboard boxes that I had pre-ordered to make a maze/playhouse for my cat. I thought his maze/playhouse would look much nicer if I used white cardboard boxes that do not have labels all over them, rather than brown cardboard amazon boxes. Service and selection at the Paper Source were both outstanding. That was my favorite store that I visited here. I bought several items there, and felt super relaxed and welcome while in that store. Very nice area, I would return for sure.

This mall has several stores to name a few: -Barnes & Noble - Golden Corral -Hot Topic -H&M -JCPenney -Gyro Twist -Kay Jewelers -Round1 Bowling & Arcade -Target -Old Navy -Bath and Body -Zumiez -Regal Theaters -Children -Pandora -Dick's Sporting Goods -Children's play center -Rivers Cafe and so much more! There's a food court and movie theater. Operation hours are from 10am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday 11am-6pm. Although I rarely shop at the mall. I pay a visit about once every 3-5 months and when I do, I enjoy walking around and splurge a little bit.

Which leads me to believe it's a fairly popular place. I do frequent the Amazon Fresh not necessarily connected directly to the mall but next door. There is a Nordstrom Rack, lakeshore education store, and of course the T&T Supermarket on one end of the mall. So yes, a large selection of shopping choices with various values. Factoria is a neighborhood of Bellevue, WA, and has a dedicated shopping mall (Marketplace at…read moreFactoria) that people around the area will go to. Recently, a large Asian grocery opened as one of the outdoor anchors, so we decided to come down. We noticed right away how crowded the outdoor surface lots were, and that there was a line extending outside to get into the grocery store, so we nixed that idea. Instead, we found a less crowded parking area on the other side of the mall. It is a one story indoor mall, with a mix of small businesses, kiosks, and big anchor stores. The layout is definitely from an earlier time, but unlike malls like this in California which are closed or just empty, this one had a fair amount of shoppers milling around. One thing to note are that some of the anchor stores are not connected to the indoor mall at all, instead requiring you to walk outside and through parking to get where you want to go. Like I said, not a great layout.
