We hired The Painting Pros to paint our exterior and now our 2 story stucco house looks brand new! The project took 6 days to complete which is exactly what they predicted. The work included pressure washing, crack repairs, minor bush/tree trimming, satellite dish removal, window edge caulking, and painting. The workers were very professional -- super polite, no loud music, and always busy. They even painted my chimney! I requested they use Sherwin Williams Emerald paint for the job. Since my original paint colors were Kelly Moore brand, it required some color matching. This is the only part of the project were I was nervous. 3 of the 4 colors appear to be exact matches. The other color appears to be a little brighter/whiter than what I was expecting but this is 100% due to the formula that Sherwin Williams had in their system for matching the Kelly Moore Antique White (KM-49) color. We had The Painting Pros paint the exterior of our ranch style home. To begin with, we were impressed with the very detailed quote submitted by Roshawn. It listed exactly what prep was to be done, what we wanted painted with which paints, which surfaces/areas would require special attention, and what brand/grade of paint was to be used. As for the actual painting, it was our experience that the most important part of any painting is the prep. Here is where we think The Painting Pros really excelled. Mario and his team did a meticulous job of power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming before applying any final paint. When it came time to apply the paint, all plants and any surfaces which were not be be painted (including the ground) were carefully covered/masked. As the last step, Mario walked the entire exterior of the house with us to be sure we were 100% satisfied. Mario even noticed a couple of very minor spots that he felt needed touchup which we would probably have never noticed. He did not let the team leave until the touchup was done. I have a two story 3500sq' stucco home with a concrete tile roof. It took two days to prep and 2 1/2 days to paint and detail. The Painting Pros showed up on time each day, did a quality job while being careful of my roof, and cleaned up. The price was reasonable and the painters were competent and detail oriented. The lead painter, Mario, asked questions as the project proceeded and even offered suggestions for minor improvements. For example, Mario mixed up a special slurry texture to cover several cracks in my stucco walls.
