The service is quick and everything is affordable as well for what you're getting. This can be a study spot or a quick lunch + pick me up (hello waffle pops or building your own Korean Ramyeon??)) and easily a coffee date. For my first visit I grabbed a matcha latte in the evening. Although there's staff, there's also some kiosks to order from. The hitech menus are a nice touch. The matcha latte was even nicer. It was sweet with chocolate drizzle to go along with the rich umami of the green tea. A friend of mine ordered a Vietnamese coffee and they said it was great (I could also tell by how quickly they drank it).

There's nothing much to the entrance, but when you enter you're greeted by a bright, large electronic menu on the wall. The interior wall decor is very eye catching from the large two tone painted wall to the glowing cup of tea with bobba. The workers are so friendly and I met one of the owners who couldn't be nicer. Linh ordered one of their waffle pops. What a cool item. The owner explained that it was a special recipe. Paul and I tried one of their 2 non-caffeinated items, the Tropical Fruit Punch. I like how you can request how sweet you want it. He added some bobba while I asked for the Lychee Jelly topping. We picked out a table and waited a few minutes and goodness that fruit punch was outstanding! It was flavorful yet not over powering with sweetness. And the lychee jelly... Yom Yom Yom Yom! I spotted at their counter a Voted Best of 2025 sign. Also on their counter are Cup of Noodles style containers. What a great idea. You can enjoy a meal with your drinks. Paul noted that they currently don't have any slushies, but maybe they'll add some in the future. Keep up the great work Leafly!

Less Than 1 Star! Unfortunately, I can't give less than one…read morestar--but if I could, I absolutely would. I stopped by Mr. Tea Boba & Coffee intending to order a regular hot coffee (offered in two sizes: small $3.89 and large $5.89). I was told the only milk option available was whole milk, as they had run out of alternatives. The experience quickly went downhill. The man at the counter refused to let me order a large and said I could only get a small. When I asked about adding caramel drizzle to their house coffee, he suddenly denied that order too. When I politely asked why, he told me it would be "too expensive for me." I then asked the price of a latte--he said it was a little over $5. I replied that I would gladly pay that amount for a house coffee with caramel drizzle instead. Still, he refused and repeated that it would be too expensive for me. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and shocked by the interaction. This was not just poor service--it was offensive. I truly wish I could give zero stars.

I was hoping after a while the ice would make it more palatable, but no such luck. I had barely touched the drink. Since I was busy with our toddler my mom took it back to get a replacement or refund. They demanded the receipt, and when it was produced they agreed to the refund but refused to make a plain latte to replace it since "you didn't like it the first time." I'm very laid back and don't like asking for special accommodations at businesses, but this request should be the basic in customer service (and as someone who has many years in customer service myself, I would know). I've never witnessed such rude and unprofessional behavior. The owners/employees should be ashamed. Don't patronize this business that is run by people who obviously have zero respect for their customers. 0/10

There is plenty of table and couch sitting in the front and back of the store, and the side of the street it is on gives it so much natural light to the front sitting area. - Coffee: The coffee was excellent, and there were a ton of flavor and mix options. I also give them extra props for the extra non coffee drink options they had. - Food: The store had several pastry and treat options, but they also had full meal options. I was excited to see that they had so many breakfast choices. As the shop was about to close, we tried mostly treats. Specifically we tried the cheese straws, strawberry cake pops and peach pound cake. I enjoyed the cake, but I think the cake pop was my absolute favorite of the three. - Prices: while some of the treats were a little expensive, most of the main drink and food options were on par to other coffee shops. - Staff: The three girls we spoke to were an absolute delight, and so pleasant. - Merch: The store had a few items such as t-shirts, candles and mugs available I give this shop a 4/5 's and will definitely be back. It is thankfully on my route from current home to my old hometown, so hopefully I will get to see them again soon.
