I took my best friend dress shopping here on 02.03.24. She found one that she liked but wasn't very sure about the fit. We asked two employees about the return policy - 7 days - which with us being locals, is not a problem. There was a lot of discussion between the three of us on that return policy. In fact, it was the return policy that made us feel safe buying the dress, then having time to reassess and possibly return. The second I swiped my credit card and the sale went through - the lady running the register (she came off as being a manager) immediately said, "Oh, it's on sale. No returns." Then she turned and walked off dismissively. She knew damn well it was on sale, and damn well could have brought that up at any point when discussing the return policy. Shady business practices. Lesson learned on how not every "local" business is worthy of the business of locals. read more

Very cute little store. I am not a fashionista but a waited and looked around while my niece investigated everything they had. I feel like lots of the shops on Main Street people pop in look around and then pop out, but here people (and by people, I mean women) seemed to be really shopping and trying on things. It is all women's clothers so I did not overly engage but my niece was in love with it and ended up buying a Kendra Scott necklace with her birthstone on it. She loved the necklace and was already talking about going back and getting a similar/matching bracelet. Also, the ladies working there were super friendly and helpful. read more

Family was in town, and we shopped here while waiting for our table at Tolbert's Chili Parlour and Restaurant (next door). This is definitely a women's boutique store. We went to this boutique on Friday, December 13 at about 5:30 pm. There were lots of beautiful things but the employees' attitudes were HORRIBLE. First of all, no one greeted us or even smiled at us when we came in the door even though there was an employee stationed right there. We continued to browse and I noticed that there were two more employees standing, emotionless, like toy solders in front of the checkout counter. Again, no one spoke to us or even smiled. The whole experience was just downright WEIRD. You have a prime spot on Main Street and the potential to do very well but someone really needs to train these girls on customer service. With so many visitors to Grapevine, your employees are not representing Texans very well. It's actually embarrassing that out-of-towners think that this is how we behave. My mom came into town and we happened upon this cute little store. She bought a shirt on one day and a small handbag on another day. We ended up here twice. I got some huge Kendra Scott hoop earrings that I continue to love. The staff really assisted my mom. I'm sure the next time she comes to visit we'll go back. read more

This store is simply the best! They have the cutest clothes every time and the employees are so helpful and kind. They will also offer you a mimosa or beer on the weekend! It is always such a fun inviting and amazing atmosphere. You come in here for clothes and you will end up leaving with amazing pieces and a good time. They have items for every single age from 13 and up. Also a wide range of jewelry that is so cute! My favorite is the initial necklaces so cute! I normally don't write reviews but I felt like I needed to say something. My wife just went into the store to return a previous purchase we had made a week ago... She is a person of color and was completely ignored by the staff. Every other white person in the place was offered wine and a fitting room. She was left waiting until I walked in (I'm a white guy). Cute boutique in downtown Grapevine with a lot of stylish summer options. Only complaint is it's 100+ degrees in Tx right now and they had their thermostat set way too high. We would have purchased more things but it was too hot in the store to try clothes on. We asked if their ac was broken because it was so stuffy in the store. I was prepared to purchase several pairs of cute Risen jeans and some tops but it was so hot in there. I walked out with a butterfly skirt and a top that I knew would fit since I am familiar with the brands but they definitely lost a bigger sell due to not making the store more comfortable for customers. read more

Fun store, horrible return policy. Buying presents for a gift that they will not get for 3 to 4 weeks which is past the return or exchange policy and they will not make any exceptions. I have been to Palm Tree a few times but my recent experience deserves a mention. I was charged for two items that were not mine and i was also charged for 3 items of which i only purchased 2. I went in the store and they refund me the all the items that weren't mine also no questions asked because the second item was purely based on my word. They not only refunded me for all, they put a couple of extra gifts into my bag!! Amazing customer service - and did I mention it was Mother's Day and the store was chaotic when all this originally transpired. I will definitely say amazing customer service! read more

On a recent trip to Texas to visit my bestie, we happened upon this amazing shop in Grapevine, Tx. I immediately fell in love with the shop, the designs, and the atmosphere. The sales associate that was there helped up find options for our night out, gathered sizes we needed, and showed us popular outfits. The clothes were affordable, great quality, and fit perfectly. Aside from being elated to having found such great finds on vacation, I was slightly saddened thinking that I wouldn't be able to shop this great little boutique once I returned to California. Thanks to social media and their great website, I get to shop this gem still now that I'm back in California!! I will definitely be making this part of my routine during my visits back to Texas. I loved this store when I first found it. The clothing was cute and affordable--really low prices. Unfortunately I got what I paid for--cheap clothes that fall apart and do not last long. Two shirts had seams open up during the first wash (delicate and air dry) and two other sweater tops just did not hold their shape and became almost see-thru after a few washes. I've bought a total of 6 tops from this shop, so 4 out of 6 falling apart is pretty bad. I wouldn't shop there again unless they started carrying higher quality items. read more
