They also explained the sale to me. With the sale prices it is possible to purchase a really good quality tennis shoe and a really great savings. I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.

They are a co-op so you pay $30 for your membership and collect points on your purchases. I am here as we are headed to a few national parks for vacation and needed some hiking gear. He was able to repair my front derailleur on the spot while I waited. He really knew what he was doing! He explained what adjustments were needed as he worked, and in no time had it working like new!
