I am well past 50 and have been to many salons in that time, but never have I received the level of service I received here. I have been following Mallory for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. The space is so calm and welcoming especially when the store mascot Disko is present ! Everyone uses the highest quality products and I love my scalp massage. I get highlights and base color every 6 weeks or so and already look forward to my visit. When I arrived, we went through the photos together, discussed what I liked about each one, and talked through my specific requests--honey and gold-toned highlights with a blended look on the ends. Rachel delivered exactly what I asked for! I also had her cut my hair, and while I was a little undecided on the style, she patiently helped me figure out what would work best. The result? A haircut I absolutely love. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She even offered me a beverage, including wine (how fun is that?!), and while I didn't take her up on it this time, I definitely will next time. Absolutely had a HORRID experience at The Palms. I came in looking for a balyage and walked out with a full set of highlights that were not even completed, leaving the top half of my highlights completely orange and the bottom actually blonde. I wanted to love it, but Idk what kind of mirror I was looking into when got home I had a completely different experience as well as going into the sun the next day. It looked like my hair was not even toned. Completely ORANGE! Not cooper ORANGE. Nothing about it blends so now I have zebra orange highlights. How is this person even allowed to be a stylist? After spening hundreds now it is a color correction and looking to have to spend 5-600$ to fix it and get what I initaially already had just grown out!!! Super pissed and would NEVER recommend this location to a single soul. I have had to wear a hat everyday and will have to continue until it gets fixed next month!!! Its prevented me from creatimg content for my business and so much more. Please do yourself a favor and reserch the stylists from here in detail before booking. If they dont have updated photos of their styles it for a reason!!! This is actually a new account. Of course the owners exemplifying her true colors in response rather than apologizing, sincerely, and inviting an opportunity to make things right. The fact that any stylist would allow somebody to walk out of their chair with unfinished untoned orange hair is a huge red flag! Why would I go back to this stylist or location when they are the red flag! There is no communication that would change my mind to allow any one of the stylist here to touch my hair again, PERIOD!!!
