I had such a great experience at Paper Dolls!! This was actually my first ever blowout and Cat did such an amazing job. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. My hair has never been this soft before and it still smells sooo good the next day so whatever products she used... I need them all and will be going back today to purchase. Cat was so sweet, kind and seriously knows everything hair. She explained the products she was using and why and you can just tell she really loves what she does. She's newer in the industry and I was honestly blown away by how knowledgeable and talented she already is. Oh my gosh I can't recommend this place enough. From the second you walk in you feel right at home. They immediately offer you a drink for when you're getting your hair done! They have beer, kombucha, coffee, etc and they'll bring it over to you and your stylist. The place is stunning and everyone is so charismatic and happy to be there. I was recommended to see Shaun by two different people, and let me say he exceeded my expectations! He did the best haircut I've ever had in my entire life. I've truly never been so happy with the final result! He did exactly what I asked for and I don't think I'm great at explaining my vision. He just got me and did exactly that. I made a last minute appointment and luckily was accepted so last minute due to cancellation from someone else. I loved my time at PaperDoll and am excited to continue going back to see my stylist Caitlin. Caitlin was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job with my hair and we had an amazing chat during our appointment, she was an absolute pleasure to be around. She showed me how to style my curls and what products to use and tools will work the best. I cannot recommend her enough for her skills. The vibe of the salon is super cute and very clean and relaxing and you can even order food and have it delivered to you in the salon from next door. Today, I decided to get a Blowout from Carryn to look festive for a function tomorrow. She was super upbeat and she did a great job washing my hair & even gave me a scalp massage. Very relaxing! She efficiently did my blowout and gave me some cute beachy waves. The salon is spacious and they were decorating for the holidays when I arrived. From the moment I walked into Paper Doll Salon, Kaitlyn Alderson made me feel confident I was in good hands. I came in ready for a change but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and Kaitlyn guided me through the process with great care. She started with balayage and toner, but when my hair dried, the change was very subtle and I wasn't thrilled. I called right away, and she immediately invited me back to adjust it. At my second visit, she redid the balayage and toner, creating a more noticeable transformation. She listened to me and even though I didn't know what I wanted, she gave me a fantastic cut and styled it super cute. She was friendly and interesting. Carly is literally the best! I randomly got a haircut from her one day, and I've only been going to her for all hair things since. She's now cut, bleached, and mixed up custom colors to dye my hair multiple times for me. She somehow knows exactly how to translate my requests into perfect hair, and I don't make that easy for her. I'm never exactly sure what I want, but I am picky--I give her mismatched inspo pics and vague answers as to just what kind of haircuts I want, and she just magically does things perfectly. I'm at the point where I just tell her to do what she thinks is best, and she has never steered me wrong. Not to mention, she is just a very cool and nice human being, so the vibes while she works her magic are immaculate. The icing on the cake is that she will also send follow-up haircare recommendations via text, and she'll coordinate and book appointments for me over text.
