I had high hopes for this place as I have driven past it planty of times and was super excited to try it. Man worse decision! We had reservation for 10 PM got seated on time. I will say the drinks are good and strong! No complaints there. What I will say is horrible is the service and overall experience. I ordered a burger and 15 min later was told that they were out and they were still frozen. I then changed my order to the catfish I was ultimately told there were out off all the ail the sides and I only had the choice of fries. Bummer! I've been hearing a lot about this place, so when my alumni association asked me to find a place for brunch, I decided it was time to give them a shot. We took a group of about 8. For a while, we were the only people there, so we had the full attention of the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. Epitome of service with a smile! I will say - the bartender makes a mean French 75. Several of us enjoyed them. Others took advantage of the bottomless mimosa package for only $25. I had the Shrimp & Grits. The dish was very...VERY aggressively seasoned. The sauce was broken and super oily (no seriously, there was A LOT of oil left behind on my plate). I will say the honey cornbread combined with the creamy grits (without the sauce of course) wasn't that bad. A friend tried a side of potatoes, and surprisingly (or ironically) they weren't seasoned at all. I really try to support Black-owned businesses. Came to this establishment for a Brown Skin Brunchin event. We were set in the adjoining conference room. That probably was strike 1 as typically this group goes to a restaurant/bar for the ambience. The conference room was nice but it wasn't giving you brunch vibes. On the plus side you could hear the music from the next room. If I lived in the area, maybe would book room for an event if they could come through on prompt service. Regular bar and restaurant area is nicely decorated. On to the service. Our server was so sweet. Unfortunately she was overwhelmed. Strike 2, this place did not have adequate staff to work our event, also an AKA brunch happening in the same room plus their restaurant brunch hour. She did her best...food took an incredibly long time to come out. Some people in our group still didnt have food after 90 minutes. Definitely not a good reflection on the restaurant or group that selected this restaurant. Service 2 Stars Anyway the Brunch 2 hour $25 drink special was good. I mostly stuck to Mimosa. They use my favorite value Prosecco. It took awhile but eventually we got a bottle put on the table since multiple people were drinking this unlimited deal. Food: we grabbed shrimp appetizers. Very good served warm and had delicious garlic bread attached. For brunch I got fish and chips. My sister-in-law got the catfish. Both our dishes were good and warm. My French fries could of been crisper. I enjoyed the fried cod. The cole slaw on the side was also tasty. They could reduce the amount of smoked paprika but it was a good addition to the spice profile. Food 4 stars. Overall not great. However didn't get 3 strikes... Unsure if I would come back because I don't live close. For the price of gas, I need a more consistent service and food. Park around building as attached parking lot is for residents only. We had a party of more than 20 guests. We were there to celebrate his 65th birthday. The restaurant was very welcoming and the hostess greeting helped warmed the atmosphere. Reservations were made in advance for 20 people however upon arrival there was only seating for 16 people. There was an extended wait for several chairs to be brought to the dining room. It wasn't until we were leaving that we saw several chairs in the other room that already had chair covers on them. Still don't understand why there was at least a 20 minute wait. When I was finally seated I was told that for $50.00 I could order the buffet and have bottomless mimosas, so that was my choice. My first mistake was I didn't inquire what brand of Champagne would be used for the mimosas . It wasn't until I received the opened bottle of Andre' (cheap) Champagne that I learned the brand. That brand would cost less than $8.00 to the average consumer, yet this establishment charge $25.00. The business could have offered a better brand and still made a profit with the $25.00 charge. Kobel is an inexpensive brand that doesn't cause headaches when consumed. I understand the markup however, to swindle your customers out of more than $15.00 is outrageous. The service was mediocre due to our server being the only person working the 20+ guest. It didn't help matters when the kitchen staff wasn't able to keep up with the non-buffet diners. There was at least a 45 minute wait for a breakfast plate. I had the buffet w/bottomless mimosas, I was very pleased with the menu offered on the buffet. My favorite from the buffet was the cheese grits and I topped them w/sautéed shrimp. The fish offered on the buffet was overcooked however it did have good flavor. The live entertainment with the band and singers helped to enhance my experience with this establishment. I got to see and hear Rev. T.L. Barrett and his children perform at the restaurant. That added a special touch to my dining experience. Upon receiving my bill I noticed I was over charged an additional $5.00. This was due to being charged separately for that cheap A$$ bottle of Andre' Champagne. Once I informed my server she presented it to her manager and it was removed. My problem is I should not have to scrutinize my bill to learn that I was being over charged $5.00. I know it may sound minimal however, if 100 patrons were over charged $5.00 that would lead to an extra $500.00 in the business pocket, unfair. I am all for patronizing Black owned businesses however when things like this happens it gives me second thoughts on ever visiting the establishment again. I pray this message will be seen and read by management and owners of this establishment and they recognize and correct the issues stated in my comments. read more

The venue very sexy and chic, DJ Bipolar on spinning a whole vibe, do you hear me. Parked right in front for free on a Sunday. Marcus was our server, very attentive and funny. I went to Park Supper Club for a friends birthday brunch this weekend and it was such a nice time! This is a really nice venue for a celebration or weekend brunch. The staff is super friendly and the food is AMAZING ! I had the catfish entree and it was so delicious. The mac and cheese was fabulous! Also, if you like mimosas, it pays to get the unlimited mimosas for $25! The mimosas come in different flavors like peach and strawberry. There is something for everyone. There is also plenty of street parking in the area. I am looking forward to visiting this restaurant again very soon! read more

This is my second visit, and I must admit, I wasn't thrilled with my initial visit. But this visit solidified my thoughts initially...that the food is mediocre at best (really bad this second visit), and the drinks are a hit or miss. The staff is friendly, the service was better this time, and the ambiance is upbeat and entertaining. So entertaining that the staff was drinking and serving...go figure. Here's a few issues I had with this last dining experience. I stopped by and it just so happened to be during happy hours from the scanned menu I saw the specials and confirmed with the bartender where I was sitting, and he confirmed. I ordered the regular Margaritas and chicken from the happy hour menu. After the disappointing, soft (supposedly fried) chicken tenders and tasteless Margaritas, I checked out. While I was driving, I started to wonder why my bill was so high. When I looked at the bill. I saw that I was charged regular price for the chicken and charged for premium Margaritas. Of course, I circled back around and put the establishment on notice. After looking at the receipt, I was first asked why I didn't tell them earlier? Then I was asked if I was actually dining during happy hour? Then I was asked if the chicken was on the menu...at this point, I was getting a little perturbed and informed them that the items and corresponding price are on THEIR menu, so they should know; the bartender tells me, things change on the menu all the time. What the...then you should keep up is my thought! Finally, the Margaritas...he said, "oh, I charged you for the premium..." "but that's not what I asked for Sir", I replied. Nevermind!!! Just adjust my bill, which took a minute. Oh yeah, there's an automatic 20% tip... at the bar or dining, for 1 or many, regardless of service. Now I see why this is imposed! There's a 20% gratuity added to all bills, regardless of service, number of guest being served and quality of food. The bartender was very dishonest. I paid with cash and he (Jamaican accent) didn't give me back the correct change. After bringing it to his attention he said, "I didn't have any change." I politely requested all of my money and he said, " I'll get it. It wasn't for me, it goes to the bar. I don't need your money." I can't imagine how m at people this may have happened to. I went to the Park Supper Club for Mother's Day Brunch. It was amazing! It was a 5 course meal prix fixed menu. Everything was delicious. The food was flavorful. The soup was a little spicy but hearty. I ordered the steak and it was slightly over cooked. They offered to correct it but it was not a huge deal. I had a yummy peach cobbler cupcake with delicious coffee. I had two raspberry lemon drop martinis and they were excellent. Also, they offered an unlimited mimosa option. They had a pianist who was playing and it really kinda had a romantic feel. The customer service was impeccable. Upon my exit, I was given a single rose. My entire experience was awesome. There is a good vibe in this space, such a good vibe. From the live music, open space and good food, this is a place you should check out. This place is a nice addition to the neighborhood. It is within walking distance of a lot. When you walk in, you're greeted with warmth. The service staff was attentive and friendly. The service was slightly slow (however they noted this, so it was expected). Our sever was on point. It appears that perhaps the kitchen is a little further away from the dining room, so that may be a slight issue. Now the food, delicious. We ordered the Cajun seafood pasta - it is spicy, but the good heat. It had a kick that set it and stopped for a little while and then moved on!! Lol. Sometimes things are "hot" for no reason. This was a great balance of spice (heat). We had our sons with us and they ordered the sliders and the pasta. Both were as advertised. The butter noodles are just that, so not much you can do there. It was fine. The sliders were very good. It was a nice burger, elevated enough to make it work getting a burger at a nice spot. Very delicious and juicy too. Sometimes sliders can be dried out, these were not. Finally, I ordered the lamb - GREAT decision! I tend to order my lamb at medium because sometimes lamb is either over cooked or too under for my taste. I ordered medium and slightly below. They came back medium and it was perfect. Very, delicious. Seasoned well and the cook was spot on! I had to fight my son for the last one!!! The mushroom risotto was very good as well. I was very pleased with my personal meal and then my family's choice as well. Now, the one knock...sorry y'all...the cupcake that we had for dessert was not to the level of the meal we had just expected more. It felt like it had been frozen and not completely thawed or heated. We had a horrible experience here. Our reservations were at 7:30p. By 9pm we had no received any bread or the food we ordered. The wait staff kept making excuses and apologizing but they kept letting in more and more people, even though they couldn't serve the people that were there. No one checked on us. Went to the grand opening last night. What an incredible, much needed addition to the neighborhood. Really cool vibe. We had the crab cakes and Shrimp appetizer. They were fantastic. Lots of flavor. The shrimp was spicy, just the way I like it. I had the Brick Chicken with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. It was cooked to perfection. My mother, husband, cousin and I visited the 4th Sunday in January after church. The service was very pleasant, though they were short staffed at the time. The food was delicious! The DJ played a variety of music, including gospel. The restaurant is not very large, so it is best to make reservations. Our food was room temperature(including the eggs), I tried the tequila sunset it was ok but that was the only drink I ordered. They have a 2 hour limit on tables but pretty much everyone that was there before we came was there when we left. And our stay was at least 2 1/2 hours bcuz they didn't have their staff(the owner said). Overall I think this is a spot for 2 people per party. If I could give zero stars, I would. My party of 2 had a 2:00 reservation for which we arrived promptly. When we arrive, we were told it'd be a 15 min wait. 40 mins go by and we hear nothing. In fact, a party of 4 with a 2:15 reservation got seated before us. When one of the employees finally returned to the check in desk, I asked for an update. I was told that a table was getting ready to leave; it would be another 5 mins. About 20 minutes go by before we're actually seated (shortly after 3:00). After about 10 mins, someone dropped off glasses of water. No one brought us a menu (we were able to take one from another vacant table). 30 mins go by and no one has come to greet us or take our order. The table next to us got drinks, and they were seated AFTER us. Finally, someone comes over (I believe she said she was the manager) and asked if we had been helped. I said no, and she said she'd be with us in just a minute. She leaves and doesn't return for another 15 minutes. We intended to partake in the bottomless mimosa brunch, but given that restaurant closed at 4:00 and it was then 3:45, that would've been a waste. My guest orders the fish and chips, at which point the server/manager tells us that they were sold out of fish, and then started to list several other items that were unavailable. I look over at the table next to us (the 2:15 reservation that got seated ahead of us) and they were nearly finished with their fish dinners. After nearly two hours of waiting, we left hungry and upset. This was my second visit to the Supper Club, and my first visit was pretty similar. It is clear that this restaurant has no standard of excellence when it comes to service, nor are they trying to improve. I will N-E-V-E-R spend my money there again. read more
