One of the biggest reasons I've enjoyed living here so much is because of Danny and Stephanie. They're always helpful, responsive, and truly care about the people who live here. They don't make you feel like just another tenant -- they treat you like family. Anytime something needs attention or an issue comes up, they handle it very quickly and efficiently. The landlord, Sabrina, is an absolute dream to have on your team. She's personable, she listens, she cares, and she will do what it takes to make you confident in your home. Her team member Alex, is so sweet and hard working. Both of them rock a smile daily, and are very easy to talk to. The building is clean, they keep the units up to date and working efficiently and effectively. I went from a 2 bedroom, to a 1 bedroom over the course of a handful of years. My partner and I at the time were the very first renters to secure a unit in the brand new built complex. It was a virtually perfect living experience for us, and then myself alone in the one bed unit. Better late than never, I HIGHLY recommend this complex as a hop-skip-jump away from Sunset Blvd and all Silver Lake and Echo Park have to offer.
