This is the third management team I have experienced here and they have just blown me away. The first two teams were great, but Riko, Jesus, Ismael and Oscar..they are a dream team. Amazing community events with the biggest turnouts ever. Maintenance requests addressed immediately, Ismael is the best! If you have two spaces and don't have two cars, you can always get them into your other space to avoid street parking. The building is clean, they keep the units up to date and working efficiently and effectively. I went from a 2 bedroom, to a 1 bedroom over the course of a handful of years. My partner and I at the time were the very first renters to secure a unit in the brand new built complex. It was a virtually perfect living experience for us, and then myself alone in the one bed unit. Better late than never, I HIGHLY recommend this complex as a hop-skip-jump away from Sunset Blvd and all Silver Lake and Echo Park have to offer.
