The landlord, Sabrina, is an absolute dream to have on your team. She's personable, she listens, she cares, and she will do what it takes to make you confident in your home. The building is clean, they keep the units up to date and working efficiently and effectively. I went from a 2 bedroom, to a 1 bedroom over the course of a handful of years. My partner and I at the time were the very first renters to secure a unit in the brand new built complex.
