Once I arrived as I usually do the process is wait by your vehicle a the transport would drive down or up the aisle pick you up in front of your vehicle get the space number period.i guess the process changed so as I stood there some attendant in a pickup truck yells very aggressively HEY THEY CANT SEE YOU IF YOU NOT AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF TGE AISLE then proceed to drive at a high speed throughout other aisles. Over the years, I've used Park N Fly exclusively through Groupon, as they have good deals to park in their lot, which is close to the airport. PNF is one of the more reliable airport parking services for Hartsfield-Jackson. When it comes to drop off's and pickup, they're pretty efficient. I will say that PNF Plus has more shuttles than PNF, so keep that in mind when you're tired from your vacation or trip and you're ready to get to your car so you can get home. Free Basic car wash as well! Overall, highly recommend. PNF is super close to the airport. read more

I travel a good bit for work now and so convenience goes a long way when going to and from airport. I parked at the PNF off Conley for the first time and was impressed by how quickly the attendant found me and got me to Delta drop off at departures. PNF made it very easy to get in and out for my flight and return back to ATL. I felt safe and secure leaving my vehicle at the airport. I made my reservation online ahead of time and used the QR code on my app. Only thing I wished was different is when I went to leave the free car wash was open but didn't work with free code. So ended up driving off without my car wash. Oh well. They sent a post experience email and apologized so appreciate the attentive service. It's airport parking. The nice thing is you can get a reservation, book online, and done. Don't have to worry about whether you will be able to park at the ATL lots or not. However, it's always always packed and finding a place to park once inside the lot is always a drag, and the last thing you want to do at 5AM when you just want to get to your gate and not be stressing about where to park. That said, the perks are that there is always a shuttle that pulls up right next to you and you don't really have to look for a shuttle or walk to a shuttle or-- worse wait for a shuttle. They are everywhere. Same with going back to the lot-- there has always been a shuttle right at N1 and the lot is super close to the airport. Howevever, over the holiday, they had NO SPOTS, and was told to go to a parking space that then was taken by someone when I got there, and I was was pretty pissed off. Then another person that works there guided me to a non-space along some curb thing-- the problem here is there is no number so I really can't find it coming back. THEN after all that, the car wash was not working. There is no customer service. If you use this place-- DO get a reservation, DO plan to scour and hassle for a parking spot, and DO NOT plan on the car wash working. Don't even think that anyone will care about any of these things. If you do need a refund, you have to call customer service and it's completely pointless arduous process that I'd rather pay double the parking fee to NOT deal with. That said, the shuttle drivers are sweet and they know the lot like that back of their hands. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up - on a Friday night! They only had one shuttle running. Ridiculous. There were over 50 people in line and each shuttle would only take 14 people- didn't allow standing room. Absolutely do not recommend this company. It took 20 minutes for us to get picked up from the lot and over 20 minutes to get picked up and shuttled from the airport to our car. If you can, pay a couple extra dollars and go with Park N Fly Plus. We usually use them but Costco had a special on these coupons so we decided to try Park N Fly. Turns out as they have way less buses available to shuttle while the Park N Fly Plus has more buses and are hardly ever full. read more

Parked here during 3 trips this year (Conley street location). The shuttle is always right there to take you from your car to the airport. Had to wait once for the shuttle from the airport back to the lot, but less than 10 minutes. The ride to and from the lot and airport is ~10 minutes. Prices are very reasonable. Can usually find a promo code to bring it down even a little more too. Took away a star because it's a little tricky to scan the barcode at the gate, the attendants are never in the booths, and they don't always answer the phone. All minor. read more

Get the $5 daily parking vouchers from Costco (normally ~$11.95/day). I was a bit confused by the shuttle system and the voucher redemption process, but the price really helps me look past those minor hiccups. Park N' Fly is located less than 10 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson. There is plenty of parking, although the lot was nearly full when I visited in July 2021. Shuttles regularly patrol the lot, it seems that they pass through every row once before heading back to the airport. The shuttle drops you off at the ride share zone near the north terminal baggage claim zone. One shuttle passed by my wife and I without stopping, but it may have been full. It was about a 15 minute wait to catch a shuttle from the parking lot to the airport and roughly a 10 minute ride to the airport after that. I paid using the $5 daily parking vouchers from Costco and it was a bit unclear how many I could redeem at a time. Luckily, I was able to use 7 vouchers for my 7 day stay at Park N' Fly, saving around $50 off their standard rate. The parking attendant was very nice and patient as she helped process my transaction. The car wash was not opened when I visited in July 2021, but it would definitely sweeten the experience if I could head home with a clean car. Overall, the experience was good and the price is great. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anything more affordable using the $5 parking vouchers from Costco. I will definitely be using Park N' Fly for my next trip to Hartsfield Jackson. read more

Rate charge to park in the Park N Fly Plus nearly doubled from previous parking at this location. No one was around to question the charge and the exit was getting backed up. I have used Park 'N Fly for 30 years when needing airport parking. I have always been impressed by the speed and efficiency of their operation. But given my experience when flying in at 8:30 pm on Sunday night and the slew of other reviewers with exactly the same issue - it seems clear that for whatever reason the company has significantly reduced it number of shuttle busses and/or drivers. We waited for at least 30 mins all the while watching multiple busses from all the other parking services come and go repeatedly (half a dozen for a few of the services). The shuttle took so long that an altercation occurred as additional flights landed and new P 'N F customers came out and got on the bus that finally arrived, boarding before my group which had already waited 30 mins. I have never had this occur before. P.S. when the bus finally arrived it was the same driver that had been there when we couldn't get on their previous bus. Come on P 'N F, you need to up your game to your old standards or risk losing many, many clients, particularly during C-19 when busses can't run fully loaded. read more

I like the convince. The prices are good. However, I had a HORRIBLE experience with a driver and for that reason I can only give two stars. One star for the amazing lady that helped us on our way to the Airport, one star because the parking lot was fine. Now let's get into the issue. A Large heavy-set driver picked us up along with others from ATL airport around 9:30-10pm. My husband, 1 year old and I were returning from our destination wedding overseas so we had several bags, and items (Wedding dress, suits, etc) my husband brought the stuff on and off the bus. So, we get to our car and my husband gets off and proceeds to grab the bags (one heavy one fragile) and the driver assists him. I have the baby, and for context, our important items (wallets, passports, keys, etc). I am holding the baby in one hand, grab the wedding dress, suits and stroller, my husband has the rest if the bag. I exit the bus last. As I'm exiting I overheard the bus driver say to my husband, who mind you has his hands FULL with the heavy bags, say "You know usually people tip when someone goes out of their way for them... but you know how black people are." Excuse me!? First of all that was extremely uncalled for, second of all that was RACIST and rude. If he'd have waited for us to at least set down our bags and realize that I HAD ALL OF OUR MONEY he'd have gotten a tip for his minor assistance. But that was so rude and I have no idea why he felt he could even so much as say something to us like that. Especially if he could see our hands full with our own bags that WE got of the bus ourselves. Completely unacceptable and not the way we wanted to return from our wedding. Can't suggest this place for that reason. *For context, the driver was African American like us, but that doesn't make his comment less racist. If anything it makes it even more uncalled for. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to go to New York for a few days and rather than paying for an Uber or forcing a family member to drive us, we parked at Park N' Fly. The prices may be a little higher in comparison to other's but we believe the quality made up for it. The shuttle was quick and the drivers were friendly, the desk woman was very friendly and helpful, and our car left cleaner than we parked it. Not to mention the woman operating the desk gave us a bottle of water when we left. We will be reusing in the future for sure, and as a side note, check Groupon. We found prices that made them competitive with every off-site parking business surrounding the airport. read more

Do not ever park here. Pre-paid with an online reservation, and was let right into the lot. When I returned to pick up my car, the cashier told me that I needed to have a ticket. When I'd arrived, the gate had opened right up without any indication that I needed one. The cashier told me that I wouldn't be allowed to leave the lot until I paid another 58 dollars, even though I had confirmation of pre-paying printed out and with me. Do not ever park here. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Park n Fly on Dec 15th 2022. I originally made a reservation on the Park n Fly web site for one week. I got there on the Dec 8th parked my car and got on the shuttle to airport. All was great until I got back from my trip and tried to leave the parking lot. The gate would not open when scanning my ticket. When the employe looked my reservation up he told me I left on Dec 10th. (I was not in the country on the 10th). He told me that I would have to purchase a week's worth of parking to get out because my reservation had been closed. I explained to him that I had already paid for my reservation and should not have to purchase another for $120. After spending an hour at the gate with my wife and 1 year in the car I ended up purchasing a ticket on Groupon that the Park N Fly employee suggested I do for $75 because it would be cheaper than $120. I did this so I could go home after this crazy experience. I am not the person to complain about things, but this is one of worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I've always had no problem with Park N Fly. I don't know what happened with their system in my my reservation, but it was definitely a problem on their end. Now they will not refund my $75 that I had to spend at the gate. That their employees suggested I do. I spoke with Alexis Torrance customer service manager and she told me that she could not refund or credit my $75. So originally I made a reservation for $69, paid it.I got to the gate to leave and ended up paying another $75 at the gate after sitting there an hour and Park N Fly will not refund my $75 or give me a credit. read more

CONFUSING MESS. It took forever to find a parking space, then we had no idea what to do next. No signs, no instructions. We saw a van puttering around the lot and we flagged him down. He opened the door without a word. I asked him "What's the procedure?" He said "Where you parked at?" I said "Over there." He said "show me" so we drove to find my car. He wrote something down and handed me a card, again without instructions. He then spent 15 minutes aimlessly driving around the lot, looking for other confused patrons who would ask "What do we do?" when they got in. The driver was no help, so the repeat customers had to keep explaining the procedure to the other riders. Pick up at the airport was a joke. Two vans pulled up, one marked "Park N Fly" and the other "Park N Fly Plus". The drivers got out and kept yelling at the confused folks waiting that "Park N Fly" was for one location and "Park N Fly Plus" was for another location. (Maybe they could have EXPLAINED this at the lot?) I'm not familiar with College Park, Ga. so I had to dig around and find my receipt to see our location. People kept getting on the wrong van only to be told to get off. Pure chaos. When we got back to the lot I handed the driver the receipt and he said "I don't need that, where did you park at?" Luckily I had taken a photo of my space number so I told him and he let us out at the car. There were three checkout lanes, two marked "EZ Checkout", whatever that meant. Apparently there is a way to prepay and go straight through the gate, but damn if anyone understood that procedure, because cars kept pulling up to those lanes and backing out when they couldn't get through. Everyone had to get in the long, slow "Cashier" lane and pay the lady at the window. Bottom line: I would rather walk to the airport next time than use this overpriced S Show. Never again. read more

I have used Park N Fly for the past seven years, but today will be the last. Landed at 5:10 a.m. from a red eye from Utah and it took them over an hour to pick us up at the airport. I called three times with an automated confirmation that a shuttle was on the way and requested a shuttle via the app three times also. I finally got a person to answer the phone who said a shuttle was on the way. It arrived 18 minutes later. Back at the lot there were people everywhere stranded and waiting to go to the airport. This place is a scam in that they sell Groupons. They have two locations but don't make that very clear. If you buy a Groupon for one location but park at the other location it doesn't work. I bought that Groupon and was supposed to pay about $25.00 for 3 days of parking and wound up paying $45.00 and then going through the hassle of getting my money back for the Groupon. Just keeping it confusing enough that you screw up and wind up paying more. Then there's Park N Fly Plus that's not the same thing apparently. Way too confusing. read more

Getting in was fine but the wait to be picked up and then the line to pay at the exit made what is usually a 20 min process more than an hour tonight at 10:30pm. When we asked, the one agent at the exit said they had people who did not have their passes. They need a process to pay through an app or multiple machines before you exit especially if this was due to being short staffed due to COVID. read more

i was a peachy parkng fan, up until we received a 99 cents on a saturday parking from park n fly and decided to give them a try. just a heads up, the 99 cents are only up until that midnigt, if you go past midnight, the onsite rate is 13 bucks - and for that, i take one star. HOWEVER! if you book an advanced online reseravation, it can be very cheap. i just wish i took advantage of that. i though the price shown online would be the same on site so i did not finish my online transaction. i paid 14 bucks for saturday and sunday parking, otherwise, it would have only been 5 bucks for the two days. sigh** take advantage of their online early registration. read more
