I absolutely love Atl West Parking. I started going there because the other airport parking was always full. This parking is great because I don't have to take a shuttle to the airport and when it's raining I won't get wet. There are multiple levels and this place is huge, so be sure to take a picture of your card location. The signs are on the walls. There is a lot of amazing technology going on here. When you arrive, there's no need to take a ticket or in my case lose a ticket. It's so hard keeping up with tickets when you travel for days and just want to get to your car and go home. So ticketless entry, your tag is scanned and that is how you check out. Once inside, a board will show you how many parking spots are on each level. And there are green lights indicating where the empty spots are. As well as red lights indicating occupied spots. If you have an electric car, there are parking spots with chargers. Once you leave your car, you will head to the 4th level if you are not already there.; this is where you go to jump on the sky train (not to be confused with the plane train inside the airport). The Skytrain will take you to the airport, rental car area and the airport hotels. Once you get off the Sky train, look up to see which direction you need to go for your airline, Delta is to the left and all others are to the right. When you return back to get your car, you can either pay at a kiosk in the parking lot, pay on the app or pay at the exit; all you need is your tag number.

Very easy, no tickets to hang on to. Everything is digital/electronic. You post by plate and if you forget where you parked- you can put your plate in the machine and it'll tell you where it's located. It is $16/day which is $2 more than economy but it is garaged so you don't have to worry about the elements.

    Gates won't open.....again!!

Easy in and out access to the airport. I felt very safe when I arrived home late in the evening.

The worst place to park. Crazy far from the airport, and poor signage. The entire experience was bad

Parking at the airport has always been a hassle, and expensive. This is my first trip since moving to GA and I do not know how to navigate this airport, at all. I looked online to find more information on parking. There are many places here that offer parking services, some are through 3rd party services. I yelp'd several places and found Park-Ride. I followed the signs (as many yelpers mentioned) and did not get lost. I did noticed while driving you pretty much stay in the lane that is for the South Terminal. Once you enter there are signs that tell you what row is open just go straight to that row and there are shuttles that are parked there. Once you get on board the driver will hand you a pink slip with your parking row on it and off you go. Pickup is at the North Terminal, it's not a far walk if you end up flying with Delta (Delta uses the South Terminal). I got lost until I read on the ticket, it says north terminal. Lol. Oops. Don't forget to remember the number on your ticket, the driver will take your number and start going. Me and another dude forgot what our number was. Lol. Overall it was a great experience. Parking was $10/daily. They so also had hourly parking that wasn't terribly insane. It's cheaper than parking in Hawaii that's forsure.

The walk to the shuttle area is a bit long after a long day of travel but not bad and we never had to wait long for the shuttle. Our driver was epic. He did trivia to old TV shows and everyone loved it - despite us all being whipped from travel. I wish I had his name but he took everyone's tickets and made it like a game show when he called out the parking space. He said you've won a brand newwww (whatever their vehicle was) and played fun music. We were all entertained and the driver sealed the deal for us on PreFlight. I told my kids this is success at work. No matter what job you have you can make people's day better (and your own). He made our day better and I happily paid a larger tip for his humor and effort. 10/10 Preflight and our driver. You know who you are! Sorry I don't have your name.

With decent pricing, location & promises of quick pickup before & after trips, we took a leap. We arrived early morning, following the signs to a parking space. Sure enough, the shuttle pulled up promptly & the driver hopped out to load bags & off we went. After a few trips flying up & down the rows picking up others, we were off to a curbside drop at Hartsfield-Jackson & help with bags again (remember to have a few bucks for tips). Same in reverse n return. We waited about 7 minutes curbside for pickup, were dropped at our car & out we went. They even sent an email reminder with the bar code you need to exit, which worked without a hitch.

However, it's always always packed and finding a place to park once inside the lot is always a drag, and the last thing you want to do at 5AM when you just want to get to your gate and not be stressing about where to park. That said, the perks are that there is always a shuttle that pulls up right next to you and you don't really have to look for a shuttle or walk to a shuttle or-- worse wait for a shuttle. They are everywhere. Same with going back to the lot-- there has always been a shuttle right at N1 and the lot is super close to the airport. Howevever, over the holiday, they had NO SPOTS, and was told to go to a parking space that then was taken by someone when I got there, and I was was pretty pissed off. Then another person that works there guided me to a non-space along some curb thing-- the problem here is there is no number so I really can't find it coming back. THEN after all that, the car wash was not working. There is no customer service. If you use this place-- DO get a reservation, DO plan to scour and hassle for a parking spot, and DO NOT plan on the car wash working. Don't even think that anyone will care about any of these things. If you do need a refund, you have to call customer service and it's completely pointless arduous process that I'd rather pay double the parking fee to NOT deal with. That said, the shuttle drivers are sweet and they know the lot like that back of their hands.
