Very efficient transportation process but it did feel like the shuttle drove a decent bit to get to the lot. Locating the shuttle at the airport was fairly simple and the driver was extremely helpful with bags when boarding and offloading the bus. Wouldn't mind this method again now that I know the process. I do not recommend this service because the reservation website is clunky and impossible to use, and finding the parking lot you reserved is very, very confusing (Parking Spot 1 and Parking Spot 2), and there is NO ONE TO HELP. no one. Customer Service is not available. I thought I had reserved a spot for $32.50. but when I returned to ATL and went to pay, it was $50 more! that's right. $82.50. I left messages, emails, etc.....got assigned tickets and was told to wait for a reply. I came to this location because it is the cheapest with my discount. I have never had a problem with getting to the airport on time. I have had some problems waiting longer than normal They have different prices for covered vs uncovered. The pick up location is new and at the west end of the airport. They need to do a better job balancing which vehicles pick up for their respective locations. We saw the other vehicles come and go for the other spots. read more

Absolutely awful. This place used to be good but a while ago they decided to run it with the absolute minimal crew they think they can get away with. Earlier this month, I reserved a parking place online. Drove in and parked in row Q. Waited for a shuttle. One drove past my row, despite me standing in the middle of the lane. It picked someone else up and drove past my lane, despite me standing in the middle waving my arms. Waited and waited and nothing. I finally hauled all my luggage to the tower in security parking. Waved and yelled, I guess the watchmen were too busy staring at their phones or something. Hauled all my luggage to the entrance of the lot and asked a parked shuttle driver if she would take me to the airport. I park here regularly when I fly out. I usually splurge for the covered, premium parking. My understanding is I should be the first to be dropped off at the car upon returning. I promised myself I would not use this facility again, yet here I am. First the gate wouldn't come down. I used their call system to call an attendant. Their system. It sent me to someone somewhere else handling rentals cars. Said she could not help me. Never got a ticket and moved through. Then I waited by the back of my vehicle over 30 minutes waiting to be picked. Up. Others waiting in the same area. Will probably be late for flight with TSA shutdowns. Still waiting. They're beyond awful. Staff look at you and treat you with disgust. There's no customer service to help you get your rate fixed when there's a problem. We have been using Parking Spot 1 for a few years, but there has recently been a decline. Initially, you would park your car and a shuttle would be there within 2 minutes to pick you up. The last two trips, we have had to call after waiting for 10 minutes. On our return yesterday, it was very cold outside and we were waiting outside the terminal for over 20 minutes for the shuttle. After 15 minutes, we called the location to alert them because Parking Spot 2 and FLY had 3-4 shuttles come and go while we waited. The woman who answered the phone was rude and unable to give an answer as to the location of the shuttle. At this point, there were about 50 people lined up waiting. She was unwilling to help in any way and would not try to radio to drivers to get an ETA. The only reason I am giving this business three stars is that the drivers have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. Whoever is answering the phone has caused Parking Spot 1 to lose a regular customer. read more

I made reservations to park here on Christmas Eve. On the way to the airport my engine began sputtering and we barely made it to the lot. I knew the car wasn't going to make it home (38 miles) when I returned the evening of the 30th. I called the office while I was on the shuttle to the airport to give them a heads up. I explained that since my return flight was going to be after 9pm, I'd probably have to leave the car in the lot until the day after what I'd purchased and asked if I could pay the extra day upon my return since I didn't know how long it would take to get a tow there. Shawn, the supervisor on duty, took my call and was so helpful. He told me he'd be off the day I returned but gave me his personal cell number so I could remind him when I was returning so could notify the manager scheduled for that day. He also let me know there wouldn't be an additional charge if I wasn't able to drive out of the paid parking area. As expected the car wasn't working properly upon my return. The shuttle driver waited for me to make sure it would start so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage to the ride that was waiting for us. I managed to get through the gate and Destiny who was outside, allowed me to park in what I imagine is the employee lot so it would be easier to tow. Shawn also followed up with me and offered his assistance at 10pm ON HIS DAY OFF! I called the office in the morning to let them know what time I'd be meeting the tow truck and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who told me she'd let the manger know. Sorry I didn't get her or the shuttle driver's name. Although this wasn't the best start to the holiday season, The Parking Spot 1 made a frustrating experience, much easier! I have been a customer at this parking spot location for nearly 20 years. This place was always dependable. This is not the case anymore. Arriving to park seemed normal until we never had a shuttle come to our lane. Apparently we were in a rental car section and had no idea that we should not park there. I guess this place is getting into rental cars(Toro or something like that)? We walked from the back of covered half way to the entrance of the facility before we found a shuttle. There were about 30 people waiting and the excuse was shortage of drivers. Were waited for 30 minutes before leaving the facility for the airport. Pickup from the airport was equally bad. A group of about 39-40 people waiting for a shuttle. You have too many brands and not enough shuttles for each one. All in all, we wasted over an hour waiting for shuttles which is uncalled for. I have used this company a few times with not much issues. What could be improved is the wait time and service of the drivers. But it's not really a huge deal. Sometimes they want to fill up the bus first before they head to the destination, sometimes they go straight to the destination right away, so yeah. what i really like about it is the easy scan check in and check out. it's just like a little kiosk and you just scan your QR code to get in and out. What I get is the "Premium Covered Parking" option. i think it's worth it! they are supposed to drop you off first when you get back to your car. So far after 4 trips, i have still been the first one off the bus. *knock on wood* Depending on the driver, the experience could be good or bad, but for the most part, all the drivers i've had were not bad. They even help you with your bags if needed, just bring a few bucks to tip them! The bad drivers i've seen are when i have to communicate with Parking Spot 2 drivers.
