As rare air travelers, this was our first time doing offsite parking at the ATL Airport. We were nervous but trusted the majority of reviews. With decent pricing, location & promises of quick pickup before & after trips, we took a leap. We arrived early morning, following the signs to a parking space. Sure enough, the shuttle pulled up promptly & the driver hopped out to load bags & off we went. After a few trips flying up & down the rows picking up others, we were off to a curbside drop at Hartsfield-Jackson & help with bags again (remember to have a few bucks for tips). Same in reverse n return. We waited about 7 minutes curbside for pickup, were dropped at our car & out we went. They even sent an email reminder with the bar code you need to exit, which worked without a hitch. read more

We had a very disappointing experience with PreFlight Parking after returning from an international flight. Our party of 11, consisting of three separate families with 5 children, arrived at the international terminal and called for pickup at 7:01 PM, exactly as instructed. Dispatch told us a shuttle was on the way. After no one arrived, we called a second time and were given the same response. We called a third time after continuing to wait. Finally, at 7:48 PM, Jerome arrived to pick up not only our group but a total of 16 passengers who had been left waiting. Jerome informed us that he had never received notification from dispatch that anyone was waiting at the international terminal, despite our three calls. While we waited, we watched at least six Parking Spot shuttles come and go, making the lack of communication from PreFlight even more frustrating. After nearly 50 minutes of waiting outside with luggage after an international flight, this level of service was unacceptable. To Jerome's credit, he was courteous and professional, and we still thanked him and tipped him because the situation was clearly not his fault. I contacted the general manager afterward, hoping they would make things right with at least a partial refund for the excessive wait. Instead, I was only offered points toward a future reservation, which have no value to us since we will be taking our business elsewhere. During our conversation, the general manager also acknowledged that they are actively working to add more staff. While I appreciate the honesty, staffing challenges should not come at the expense of customers who paid for a service and were left waiting for nearly an hour with no communication. Poor dispatch communication, an excessive wait time, and an unwillingness to provide meaningful customer service recovery have ensured we won't be using PreFlight Parking again. read more

Driver asked me are you TSA approved I said yes and got dropped offer right by security check point in the terminal. Saved me a long walk. Waited only 5 minutes for the van on my return. I always use off site parking when I have a flight in ATL. It is a lower cost and actually very convenient. Preflight experience is always top notch! Before I can even get out of my car a van is waiting to pick me up. The driver usually grabs my luggage and loads it. Saves me so much time and the extra effort to navigate the airport parking decks. Upon my return, Kenneth M. Was the driver and picked me up at the airport. Oh my gosh, can't say enough about his kindness and the way he entertained us on the ride to the parking lot. He was a fun character/driver even at 10:00 pm. And it's pretty cool that upon leaving the lot they have refrigerators with cold water bottles for customers to grab when exiting. After our return flight, we followed the instructions on the reverse side of the receipt/ticket to area D3 and called to let them know we arrived and where we were. No bus. We called 2 more times and were assured a bus was on the way. Saw lots of other off-airport parking busses come and go. After 45 minutes, a lady who worked at the airport asked who we were waiting on and we told them. She said they don't pick up here and directed us 2 floors down. We went down and called again and told the person answering the phone where we moved to. We were finally picked up after 1:20. Unreasonable. I complained to the manager when I arrived back at the lot and he offered no apology or discount and simply said they were sending busses. I would never use this service again. read more

We prepaid. It was really easy, simple to get to and find a spot. The van was there within just a few minutes which allowed us time to get out of the car collect up the stuff that we dated get our suitcases together. Pick up was just as easy although the walk to get there is a little crazy It's a long walk when you're dragging luggage. We used Preflight for the first time for parking at ATL while leaving on our honeymoon a couple weeks back. We've used other off-site parking providers before, but the last time we were waiting for our shuttle, I noticed that Preflight had 3x the number of shuttles than other competitors, so I booked with them this time. Process was straightforward and easy, pricing was competitive and I was able to find a spot for my EV with a charging spot easily. The shuttle drivers were cordial enough and the shuttle pickup/dropoff was constant, making it easy to get to and back from the terminal. I like parking here because of their points system. I've saved hundreds thanks to it, and it's very close to the airport. The shuttles pick you up after you park your vehicle almost instantly. They offer international and domestic service. The domestic service is much faster so I always use that even if I'm flying internationally. On July 2nd, 2025, I waited over 20 minutes at the Atlanta Airport Domestic Terminal for a PreFlight shuttle. While other shuttle services were arriving frequently, PreFlight was noticeably absent. When I called to ask about the delay, I was told it was due to traffic. However, other companies using similar routes had no such issues. When I finally arrived at the PreFlight Parking lot, I noticed several shuttles idling there suggesting that the delay wasn't due to traffic, but a lack of operational shuttles in the evening, likely to cut payroll costs. Based on this experience, I won't be using PreFlight again. read more

I use this service almost weekly and have had mostly good experiences, however I had a very rude driver the other day who was dismissive and insulting. I can also not currently make a reservation as the app suggests that my car is still parked and i have extended my time - which is not true since I am home and actually returrned last week almost an hour before my time limit. Obviously I had to scan my bar code to get out of the parking lot! I have called customer service and have recieved no call back. If I cannot make a prepaid reservation., I am going to have to change services. They are costing themselved corporate business. read more

Only one shuttle bus running!!!!!!! We made a reservation weeks ago and once we arrived was told by the a driver that her shuttle was full and we must wait until she returns from the airport. Really?!!! I called and spoke with the manager Wendell. Wendell did not sound concerned or apologetic at all. He expressed at times only one shuttle runs. It's Thanksgiving week, why are there not at least two shuttles running. This will be the last time I park at Pre-Flight. On a final note, it's not the drivers fault, she was so pleasant and did everything she could to pick us up as quickly as she could. Do better. read more

They go above and beyond. From the gate attendants to the shuttle drivers - friendly, helpful and welcoming. I only park here now. Pick up / drop off at car. They seem to forget that when you park with them you are trying to catch a flight. They have all the time in the world and seem like they just don't care. Getting rides back from the airport to their lot is also not easy. For the amount you pay the service should be better. I didn't park here to get a lecture about their parking spots. The covered parking feature is awesome. Even the covered lot is huge and can be a little overwhelming so make sure you document where you parked! We had a slip of paper that told us where we were, but lost it. The gentleman who was taking us back to our vehicle was extremely helpful and took the time to help us find our car. Stumbled upon this place through AirportParkingReservations.com and chose them because of the great reviews. It was only $5.00 a night when I used it. If you book through the above website you get that rate as well as if you google promo codes there's usually always one for $5 off so essentially you get a free night! I'm not sure what the cost is if you book direct . When I arrived , the instructions on where to park were very clear and easy to follow. As soon as I started to pull into a space, a shuttle was right behind me ready to pick me up. The driver helped me with my luggage and gave me a ticket that let me know exactly where I parked. I made it to the airport in no time. The shuttles are comfortable and very clean. They also tag off every other seat with caution tape to ensure social distancing . Love that ! On my way back, I called them when I collected my bags , I proceeded to the pick up area which is also very clear at the airport and they were there in a matter of minutes ! I gave the driver my ticket and he dropped me right in front of my car and helped me with my bags Checking out took a little longer because i didn't read my email. If you book through the above website, you must print the receipt to give to the agent at the exit booth. They cannot look it up since it's a 3rd party website. However, they were really nice and they had a computer/printer inside for me to use to print ! Overall I had a great experience and will continue to use them in the future ! read more

The first time I used them a few months ago no complaints was really simple and straight forward. Used the recently and never again. I didnt have the barcode to get out on my phone. I called when i called when I landed and was told it was ok. Fast forward to me trying to get out and was threatened by the guy at the gate and was told J wasn't going to leave. Absolutely EVERYONE has been very nice & helpful, including when I'm leaving & can't remember a thing; :-) someone always comes to help me with the scanner. Getting older is a Witch!! :-) Just make sure you print copies of all of your papers when you reserve & pre-pay because these are your receipts for when you check out. Unfortunately, when I was departing to airport this time everything was hectic (on my behalf) and I forgot to give the female driver the tip. I feel very badly about this & sincerely apologize. I hope my daughters have finally learned from me to use PreFlight. read more

I can't speak for domestic flights but for international HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They're supposed to have shuttles run every 30mins for international flights. I waited for an hour for 2 shuttles and none showed!!!!!! All the employees were clueless on the shuttles and were saying they run every 30 minutes and when the next one was SCHEDULED but none showed! I ended up getting an Uber and missing my flight!! Upon my return, there was no shuttle that pulled up until i was there an hour and by that time so many people accumulated and i had to miss that shuttle! I called literally 8x while waiting an hour and the call didn't go through (sent to voicemail) until the shuttle was conveniently at the terminal and they claimed they were sending another shuttle. If you value time and convenience, please choose elsewhere! read more

I used PreFlight for the first time and had a good experience. I was able to pull up and right into a spot. I saw two shuttles in the less than 5 minutes I spent on the lot and arrived at the airport quickly. Upon my return there were multiple PreFlight shuttles at the terminal and even with a full bus I was dropped at my car within 15 minutes. Although I didn't make a reservation, I was able to scan my parker card and coupon on the way out and get a reduced rate. tl;dr - would park here again. read more

It seems to me that the bad reviews must have been an off day for Preflight Airport Parking because I have had great experiences with no complaints. I have parked here numerous times and now they are the only company I choose to park-n-ride with. Now I always pre-pay my reservation before hand with their app for better pricing and because if you use the app to reserve parking, you receive points that can go towards paying for parking in the future ( which is nice!). I love the app because once you arrive at pre-flight, you open it up and scan your bar code (no paper needed). Once, parked we usually only wait about 5 minutes or less before getting picked up. However, there was one occasion where it did take about 10-15 minutes and since we were late for the flight, I was getting antsy. Side note: This is why you need to get TSA-precheck, I have it now and I do not stress out about missing flights anymore! Seriously, its worth the $85! Now, every driver we have had has been amazing from pick-up to departure and when coming back to into Atlanta, I kid you not I have not waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up. When I call the number, someone always picks up and when I made a mistake my reservation once, the manager on duty was so kind and helped me rectify the situation. Hence, unless Preflight really messes up in the near future, this is my go to park-n-ride spot for sure! read more

It was our first time using PreFlight and we had a great experience. I have to say that I am very impressed! My husband and I used to park at the airport but after a "no parking spot " scare, we decided to start parking offsite. We definitely feel very much at ease leaving our car here. The parking lot itself is very well maintained and neat. Both of our shuttle drivers were very polite and respectful, that meant a lot to us. It only takes 7 mins to and from the airport from PreFlight. On the way back home we only had to wait less than 5 mins outside and a shuttle came to pick us up. They pick you up and drop you off right at your parking space which is very convenient and saves time. When they pick you up they give you a piece of paper that shows you where you parked at, my advice is to make sure you don't lose this paper because you would need to give it to the driver when you're coming back, that's how they know where you parked. read more
