I dressed this morning with appropriate clothes for the weather. A Security goon told me I needed sleeves. I tried to explain that I have been a customer since the later 1980's. His terse comment was "I don't need a history lesson." which was totally unacceptable. Bridget, you need to train your staff in dealing with customers. I elected to drape my wife's lightweight sweatshirt over my shoulders to join my dinner group. Sad... and profusely sweating!!!
