The first photo shows my nails only one week after paying $70 to have them done, and they already look as though they are two weeks old. In fact, they looked like they needed a fill-in immediately after I left the salon. The technician who did my nails seemed visibly upset that she was asked to take my appointment so close to closing time, even though we arrived at 5:30 PM. Throughout the appointment, she made several snarky comments under her breath, including, "His ass knows he's faster than me." I even apologized twice for feeling like I was inconveniencing her. In addition to the poor customer service, I was disappointed with the quality of the work. My real nails and cuticles were not trimmed, the polish application is uneven and spotty, and all of my nails are different lengths. The nails underneath the polish also looked poorly done, to the point that I would not have felt comfortable getting a French tip because it would have highlighted the unevenness even more. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and professionalism. If appointments at 5:30 PM are too close to closing time, customers should simply be informed and asked to return at a different time rather than receiving rushed or poor-quality service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

My brows ended up looking worse than they did when I walked into the establishment. I also got a Brazilian Wax and was at the end of the service when I realized she was double dipping the wax stick into the warmer. THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE. You can't dip a wax applicator back into a warmer that contains wax you're using for other people. You lose customers when you cut corners trying to save a dime. I WILL be contacting the board of health over this. It's a shame because with better business practice they could have had a regular but both your brows and down under are too important to take a chance with. EDITED TO ADD: both Ananda as well as Kabita work at the salon. They left reviews to try to overshadow mine. I spoke with the owner multiple times this morning, and they just assured me they use new wax when I know that wasn't the case. I will tell everyone to stay away for this reason. I can't believe that instead of fixing the issue they are writing reviews. ALSO Ananda left me a "compliment" telling me the changes that they are making etc but wrote her review as a customer.
