I went here a few weeks ago to get my upper lobes pierced, and it was an amazing experience all around! The different safety measures taken (both regarding privacy and sanitization) made for a very secure environment, and all of the staff were kind and helpful. It was my first time getting a piercing with a needle rather than a gun, and I was walked through the process both efficiently but thoroughly beforehand, and the actual piercing itself went very well! I felt very comfortable and secure the entire time even while I had some nerves, all thanks to a great piercer :) My piercings have been healing great and the cleansing soap provided is both gentle and effective! Minimal discomfort as long as I've followed the directions given and avoided knocking into them. Overall a 10/10 experience- I would absolutely go here in the future if I wanted one of the services provided! read more

If you need a piercing James is your guy! He does a fantastic job. I absolutely hate needles so my first experience (triple helix) with a high traffic walking shop was a nightmare. I tried The Parlour for my next piercings (lobes) and felt completely at ease. The appointment only policy helps make sure each client gets the time they deserve, and allows you James to give the excellent service he is so great at! I just went back a few days ago and got a new conch piercing, there was a bit of a mix up over the appointment, but James got me in and did an amazing job. He really knows what he's doing, and takes incredible pride in his work. I wouldn't trust anyone else to put a piece of metal through my ears! If you want the best, than this is the place! For anyone looking into a new piercing or tattoo in Buffalo, I couldn't recommend enough. I had the BEST first experience there and will definitely be back for more. James was beyond great, knowledgeable and accommodating. As an appointment only studio, my experience felt very personal and comfortable. It was so nice and a lot of fun to play around with thoughts/ideas/placement and to know the focus is on you alone without the extra chaos of other clients. Not to mention the atmosphere felt very clean, earthy, organic and homey. Probably could have just stayed and hungout all day lol. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else from now on. This shop will become one of my go-to places. Living in Allentown, there is no shortage of tattoo shops but they are not at all equal. I was very happy spending my money and time here. Nicole provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. I called for a walk-in appointment and she saw me the next day at a reasonable time. She was polite, professional and easy going. I enjoyed the experience so much and brought my roommate back the following week for her birthday. The shop itself is unique and clean. We both had a great time and our pieces are healing beautifully. She was creative and open about the process, listened to our requests but made it her own. We will definitely be returning! The. Best. Ever. James is super personable and skilled and very knowledgeable. There's not a question he can't answer and he's definitely the most expert piercer I've come across. He's found an amazing staff and has a great space. Rob completed one piece for me and I'm going back for more and his eye for color and design and ability to create beautiful pieces from vague ideas is awesome. This place is amazing. It definitely does not look like a normal tattoo parlor. there's personal touches everywhere. I recently had my nipples pierced and James was fantastic. Hes clearly passionate about his work. the piercing went well and the aftercare instructions were great, and easy to follow. They don't take walk-ins, and have large schedule blocks, mainly to make sure that they have all the time they ( and you) may need to make your visit go well. I will be returning again. read more

I went in to have a piercing done last week with James. I hadn't had a piercing in awhile so I was a little nervous. He really helped me to pick a simple piece and talked me through every step of the piercing. He answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me out the door.
