Met friends for the poop up Christmas shop and the decor was fun and festive, drinks were fun and served in cute festive glasses. It's very popular and was very busy and loud. Super hard to get drinks ordered and took a long time. They could double number of bartenders and still not have enough. It was fun!

This is a hidden gym. Believe it or not, it's hidden in the open. I frequent businesses in this area, and when I went here I was very much surprised where the GPS took me. Went out for a night out in the town and had a blastttt. A Low key vibe, perfect ambiance great drinks, wonderful customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will be back. Over and over again. This spot is connected to Grape and Grain, which has great ambiance, lovely customer service and a great amount of rare whiskey to enjoy and purchase. Wanna get a drink? Catch me right here.

The Parlour bellows you back to the 1920s prohibition era. Hidden in JAX San Marco neighborhood The Parlour a dimension and vibe is like none other, dark and dim and dressed with quirky things like leg lamps. if you located it you will find great craft cocktails and JAX own local musicians and Dj's. The Parlour will have you dancing with strangers and singing your faves. You will need to take a picture of your cocktails as they are so gorgeous..they are creations for the eyes and taste. Truly always have a good time at the JAX speakeasy..

Might not have been my favorite band tonight but the Parlour is definitely my favorite speakeasy in Jacksonville. Well probably only speakeasy in town. Great drinks and love music. Glad life is back to how it's supposed to be.

Nestled behind The Grape & Grain Winery in the heart of historic San Marco, one will find The Parlour Speakeasy. Talk about a hidden gem! I went last night while visiting from Tampa. There are two entrances to access the speakeasy, one through passing through the winery, and the other by accessing the doorway in the back in the alleyway. The ambience is top notch, with an intimate setting and fantastic decor. The drinks are also stellar. I ordered the Old Cuban. It was so delicious that I even ordered a second. I'm so grateful that I finally got to visit last night as The Parlour has been on my bucket list for months.

Lots of reviews for Grape & Grain and The Parlor. Big fan of speakeasy's so drove over from the beach to check it out. No live music tonight, blue light on so entered on the side. Curtain from G&G to The Parlor was open and hockey game on so little less speakeasy tonight, but good cocktails and chill vibe so haiku time... San Marco hot spot Chill bar, cool drinks in the back We enjoyed, you go

Looking for a place to get a late-night drink, dessert, or light bite? Look no more...here it is!…read more Awesome find! Upfront, the St. Johns Provision Lounge should not be confused with the St. Johns Provision Co., which is a restaurant. They are in separate places within the Doubletree hotel: https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/jaxjrdt-doubletree-jacksonville-riverfront/dining/ I went with a group of ladies on the River Taxi Sunset & City Lights tour (and no, that is not affiliated with this place). When we were done everyone wanted something...a drink, a dessert, a cup of coffee, a light bite, whatever. But there isn't much in this area...so we wandered into the Doubletree Hotel to ask what was around and VIOLA...we stumbled upon this place located in the lobby! This is a bar with some larger high-top tables. The menu is limited, as it normally is for a bar, but suitable for a late-night "anything". Our waiter, Hunter, was a one-man show and quite accommodating. Upfront Hunter informed us of what they were out of since it was so late...we understood and took what we could get! We were happy just to find a place to sit, relax, get something wet (a drink of some sort), and enjoy social time with friends. The bar started to fill up with others "looking" for something open and what a great crowd it turned out to be. No one knew each other but we laughed, talked, exchanged "where-froms", etc. What fun! It is nice to know this place exists! The vibe is pretty chill and groovy! I plan to go back during the day when they have more available on the menu. I'm just so happy I now know of this place. Woot! Hunter...Thank you for just being you! Note: There is a paid parking lot beside the hotel.

Thinking I'll see what's it all about. I walk in then told it's 10 dollars per person for cover. I showed the flyer and he said it's because of the pageant. Not anywhere on the website said anything about that nor there Facebook. After having to talk to the owner she returned my money. That's after I had to talk to two different ppl. Then I go to the bar. Drinks were suppose to be 4.25 for well after 10pm. I wasn't thinking because of the hoops I had to go through to get the cover charge back. I order 2 drinks so 8.50. I gave her a 20 she gives me 6.50 back. I tip her two dollars and then after like 20 mins I think to myself she charged me 7 dollars each drink. Im sorry but just that im not a local doesn't mean you can extort me to paying more. This is not how you get new customers. I warn you if you go here make sure you're being charged right.

I'll let the photos from other reviews do the talking, but if you enjoy a good backstory, ask about the history of the space. My mission for the night was simple: end the evening with a great gin cocktail. I started with the Donna Bella from the menu. It was well made, but I thought the bitters were a little too forward for my taste. Next, I asked for an off-menu modification: a Water Lily for Teresa, but made with Roku Gin. It was a strong contender--aromatic, balanced, and beautifully floral. If you're a fan of a French 75, this is a fun cocktail to explore. It's less citrus-forward and leans into a floral profile with a character that's hard to compare to anything else. For the final round, I went with bartender's choice. Mick asked a few questions about my flavor preferences and absolutely nailed it. They crafted a cocktail with Roku gin, snap pea cordial, aloe liqueur, egg white, lemon simple, mint, and citrus that was easily the highlight of the night. Fresh, layered, and memorable, it's a drink that deserves a permanent spot on the menu....Mission accomplished. If you're willing to wander beyond the barbershop business front and you consider yourself a spirit explorer, Volstead is well worth the visit. Go for a round...or two. If you're local, this could easily become your staple spot. For what it is, strong craft cocktail bar option. Bartenders choice is the way to go.

The house band is pretty good, a little bit on the young side, but they seem to get the job done. OK. After the house being played a set, they had a sit in sessions with various musicians, which is always nice. The atmosphere is subtle and quiet at least for a club. Location is great, and the staff seemed friendly. It's good to have a place in Jacksonville with an environment like this and a place where you can go and listen to jazz/blues. I wish there was more like this, maybe with a little bit of older, jazz, musicians and more people who appreciate jazz as it didn't seem like the audience was 100% jazz lovers, but that doesn't detract too much especially since there's not a lot of places in Jacksonville that do what they're doing here.
