The vibe is exceptionally warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was also highly impressed by their non-alcoholic selection with the NA drinks were excellent, full of flavor, and crafted with care. While I haven't experienced a regular, non-event night here yet, the stellar hospitality and great atmosphere ensure I will definitely be back anytime!

My sibling that lives in Jacksonville was also trying to explore more of the Riverside area. Wildcrafters was easy to find. Be prepared to look for nearby street parking though. The atmosphere was relaxing and bright. The bartender was so excited to teach us about kombucha and she also taught us how to cheers and the meaning of "bula." She told us that her first intro to kombucha was done with care, and she wanted to make sure any new customers also felt that way. We each tried different drinks and all of them were delicious! To be honest, I didn't love the numbing effect that kombucha had on my throat, so I won't be having it again, but the experience was chill and a great way to reconnect with my siblings.

My experience at Legacy Lounge in Jacksonville, Florida was extremely disappointing…read more I want to make sure I explain the order of events clearly. We were in Jacksonville for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival -- four women from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach, all excited to enjoy the weekend and experience some local nightlife. We heard about Legacy Lounge through locals who recommended it to us. When we looked online, the website was not very informative or user-friendly. There were no clear photos, no welcoming information, and nothing stating that reservations were required. When we arrived, parking was easy and there was plenty of space available. As we approached the entrance smiling, laughing, and in good spirits after leaving another venue, we were immediately met with a very cold and unwelcoming attitude from security. The first thing said to us, very firmly, was: "Do you have a reservation?" We politely responded that we didn't know reservations were required because there was nothing online indicating that. Instead of explaining things professionally or welcoming us respectfully, the interaction became extremely unfriendly and uncomfortable. One security guard in particular came across very aggressive and rude. His attitude alone completely changed the vibe of the evening. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was terrible. I immediately told my friends I no longer wanted to go inside because the energy at the door was so negative. What's disappointing is that we never even got the opportunity to experience the music, food, or actual atmosphere inside because the customer service at the entrance stopped everything before it even began. We came because locals highly recommended the place, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it to others. Customer service and hospitality matter, especially when people are visiting your city and supporting your business. Very disappointing experience.

Made reservations about a week in advance because it was Mother's Day weekend, prom season, and…read moregrad season. Free parking in the parking lot (though it gets fairly full). I enjoyed the food; however, I think some details were missing or off for the price point. For example, the rib eye was requested for medium temp; however, it was medium rare and very chewy. The broiled ocean platter was kind of skimpy for the price point, and the shrimp & lobster diavolo were pretty good (though lobster wasn't very tender and slightly rubbery). I also wasn't given a pasta spoon- so had slight difficulty eating it. It took quite a while for us to get our food, approx 45 minutes? Our waitress was very kind and checked in- but forgot the lemons I had asked for- for the waters. We had inputted in our reservation request to not be in the center- and we were sat in the middle; though, 80% of the tables were empty. So, all in all, it was good but for the price point, I had higher expectations.

Didnt mind that it fell apart while i ate it, because that's what homemade vegan burgers usually do. But dont order this messy item on a date. I held the sauce. They let me sub a HUGE side salad for the fries. Enjoyed the vanilla ice cream a lot but not the apple tart. The tart was 90 or 95% cinnamon bun and i could hardly find apples. Fruit tarts are usually more fruit than crust; thats what i expected. Apple cinnamon bun eould be a better description. Beautiful ambience indoors. Lots of parking behind the restaurant at 4 PM on a Friday.
