Disappointing every time I go. The best part about this dispensary is the marketing, packaging, and barn store front (including the employees for the most part). There is next to no substance when it comes to the cannabis. The bud it's self is decently priced for MA ($50 as opposed to $55-$75 for most other dispo 1/8's before tax) but it is not good weed. Not specifically bad or low quality but as a seasoned smoker none of their house grown flower has gotten me high. The resale bud available at other dispensaries is usually sold for $10-15 dollars more at the Pass as opposed to Jacks or Theory. The wax usually gives a decent effect and at a good half gram price ($30 as opposed to $36-$45 elsewhere) for in house produced wax. Also they have a very gimmicky points system; every dollar you spend equals a point but you can't use the points until you have 500 points but 500 points only equates $12.50 in buying power and you can't use it on their own cannabis products (ridiculous) and if you do a preorder and try to buy something with your points they will send you the purchase line because they are unable to add to a preorder. If you have the time or availability go further north and go to Theory, Berkshire Roots, or Jacks. The reasons I still go to the pass is because of the wax pricing and proximity to the Hudson Valley Region. Once recreational dispensaries open in New York State I'm not going back to The Pass and not going to miss it. read more

An unprofessional establishment from top to bottom, the quality of the cannabis is only attractive to the people that are casual consumers with no knowledge of what cannabis should be, and the upper echelons bank on both that consumer base and their semi-convenient location to continue keeping business going. Management-- who also has no prior knowledge of cannabis-- often consults Leafly when it comes time to sell new products, and they do not take staff or their suggestions seriously. The recent food trucks come from ideas that were pitched for years and were met with dismissal every single time until management decided to lay off some 75% of their staff, at which point the ideas were suddenly more feasible. HR is a joke and gaslights everyone who comes to them with problems, management does not value safety-- multiple employees have been injured on the premises due to operating out of a ramshackle warehouse-- and one of their most infamous strains, Heady Tropper, smells and tastes like cat urine, yet was the only thing being produced and sold for the duration of last summer. Take an extra ten minute drive and go to Theory, or just save your money. These people do not need nor deserve your business. read more

Wow, what a great experience! First of all, the structure/building is super cool; a big slate grey modern barn. They have someone pleasant outside to greet you, check your id, and scan your temperature. Inside, it opens up in a big, bright layout with cool, local art on the walls, glass display cases, and one long sales counter with several separate check out kiosks with super pleasant, well informed employees there to help. Each kiosk had mounted tablets with all the product info. The sales associate was super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product. I loved that I didn't feel rushed at all, which I'm happy about because this was my first time and I had lots of questions. I learned that you can preorder on line and simply pick it up, but I like interacting. So, all in all, it was a really positive visit and I look forward to coming back. read more

I was so happy to discover The Pass. I have been to several dispensaries in the area and their bud tenders are far and above the most attentive and helpful. They took the time to help me find the products that would best suit my personal preferences. I have been to a place in Lee where they had no interest in giving advice. Traveled over a hour to from NY to location with my daughter. We purchased a number of items including acouple cartridges. I paid for them and found out one was damaged and unusable. my daughter called to figure out how to to replace or refund and was told to return with receipt. She drove back and they then refused to take back or replace or refund. I was told I would have to go to get any satisfaction since it was paid on my debit. No one told us this prior to wasting a second trip. I emailed a manager as per their instructions and was told unless I drive there again myself they could do nothing except giving me credit towards a non marijuana item like a pipe. I agree, not wanting to make a third 2 hour plus round trip. Sent him a email saying such and no response after I did. Poor customer service, obnoxious employee, there are a lot of dispensaries in Mass.. i suggest you shop around before dealing with this one. read more

From the moment you walk into the large high ceiling showroom ,to the profesional knowledgable saleshelp. my wife and i stopped by on Friday. We went to a friends to enjoy. we were so happy with the product we went back with our friends saturday morning to get more product. Went there with my dad who was visiting me and got two carts and two pre rolls. One cart we got looked burnt and was leaking so I wanted to exchange it for a new one. My father bought it for me so I called and emailed them before hand to make sure it was okay and see what I needed to bring with me to make the exchange possible. Over the phone AND over email I was told I only needed the product and original the receipt. So I drive an hour and ten minutes back to there to be told they could not do the exchange. Now I don't mind not being able to get it replaced, even when I was sold a messed up cart for a 73 dollar premium. What I do mind is being treated like some money hungry addict. The guy who first tried helping me out was the worst. He sounded super condescending and basically treated me like I was some random person who stole someone's product and receipt to return it for money when I had even called before hand the day before and emailed to verify I wanted an EXCHANGE for the messed up product they sold me. It was a Lemon Fuel cart and I went back to buy another since they wouldn't let me return it and the new one looked the same, all burnt up at the top, had to go in one more time to get a completely different strain. My finance and I went into that place 4 separate times in one trip. I will say, when I went in a second time to be told no again after being told over the phone a second time I would be able to replace it, there was a woman at the front who was wonderful. The one redeeming experience was her. She genuinely felt bad for my situation and was trying to be as helpful as she could. I hope they put more emotionally mindful people in charge like her. Do better The Pass. I come here a lot and sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully this review saves people from the same headache I'm dealing with now having to email managers to sort everything out. If you do choose to shop here, open up the cart as soon as possible and don't be afraid to go inside and replace it. I was told I could just heat it to fix it, I shouldn't have to do that. Even if it smokes, if I'm paying almost 80 dollars for a cart, it better be mint and I shouldn't have to mess with it to be normal. Also if that girl who works there happens to see this, thank you for being as helpful as you could! More people like you should be employed there :) read more

love the product and pricing, but the packaging is plastic, non-recyclable, and pointless. you can't even store the product in the plastic bags once they've been opened, so it's straight to the land fill. up in pittsfield they handed me a nice brown paper bag- good for storing and reusable. read more
