Went in around 9:15AM Sunday morning on April 6th 2025. Tried using the first menu tablet but it was lagging and auto correcting the brand name I was searching for to something else. Tried another tablet and it did the same thing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Eventually an older, bearded man comes up to me and instructs me on "how to use it". I let him know I just want to search all "Happy Valley" brand products in the search bar. He insists that the correct way to do it is to sort by "category" then select the brand from the side menu.. Yeah that is one way to do it- a less efficient way than just clicking the search bar and typing exactly what I am searching for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I politely, and in just an informative FYI kind of way, tried to let him know that almost every dispensary tablet menu and website menu I've used has an easy to use search function and that is a bit of a more efficient way to do it. I also politely let him know there is a way to turn off the "auto correct" typing function within the tablets settings. Was just trying to impart some friendly information.. but this guy immediately becomes defensive and snarls at me, "Well actually in MY SIX YEARS of experience in this business, it doesn't work like that!"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So what he's saying is that in his six years of experience in this business he has never encountered a digital menu with a functioning search bar ? Lol ok. I kind of just laughed it off and said "Ha alright buddy". [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then he storms away from me and a younger woman takes his place. She was much friendlier.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Honestly, I was so taken aback. I was just trying to impart some friendly advice as someone who is somewhat tech savvy and has been dealing with iPads and tablets for a lot longer than the six years that this "gentleman" has been fumbling with them in the cannabis business. Anyway, I bought two Happy Valley Super Lemon Haze Live Resin carts. Good price but they were very dated, nearly a year old and the oil has begun to oxidize and turn dark. Based on the quality of these carts, the rest of their product selection and the incredibly rude and ignorant older man that was working there Sunday morning, April 6th- I would not return or recommend this spot. To the owner, FYI, if you happen to care at all, a working search bar on your in store tablets is kind of a must. And make sure the "auto correct" feature on each tablets individual settings is turned off. And tell grumpy Gus maybe he needs to sample some of the wares, calm down and not get agitated when a customer gives him some friendly advice. read more

If you use a debit card at this facility, you should know that their charge card device is actually an ATM machine which means you may get charged TWICE for using your debit card, once by Temescal for $3.50 and also by your own bank for using another company's ATM machine. They SHOULD tell you that their "credit card charge devise" is really an ATM machine. read more

This place is taking advantage of covid to take advantage of their customers The website offers discounts on various weights right above all the products that are not eligible for the discount Then at the end it gives a total and says discounts will be applied at checkout But when you get there they say there are no discounts for this you can either pay much more for what you ordered or reshop other products for the price you expect. I have visited this location many times and had mixed results. The staff is always pleasant, but their level of knowledge and assistance varies. I was just told to buy a different disposable pen than the one I had preordered. I was hesitant at first, but the staff told me it was another 1g pen for less money ($55 instead of $70). I went with the staff's recommendation, got home, and found out the pen is .5G instead of a full gram. I feel ripped off and tricked. read more

The reviews for this place are sooooo inaccurate on here. I drove here from buffalo NY yesterday & I was greeted by a very friendly security guard who checked our ID's & let us in. My friend even had a problem ordering & he took care of it for her right away. The staff inside was extremely nice & friendly. I was cashed out by an African American guy (super cute, don't remember his name ) he was sooooo helpful & friendly. It was worth the drive & I'll definitely be back here. If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Worst dispensary experience I've ever had and I've had a lot. We didn't realize there was an appointment system so when we arrived "early" the girl (skinny, long blonde hair in a braid) made sure to let us know just how much of an inconvenience we were over and over again. Even after we told her we would leave since it was such a hassle. The selection isn't that great and the weed smells like hay because it's handled improperly. I've been going there for about a year because it's convenient. Customer service was always fine until today when when I was "helped" by an older female manager in Pittsfield. I missed a note about a pricing policy when I'd ordered online, so I asked if I could modify my order. She (and another employee) seemed most interested in blaming me for the mistake, obviously didn't want to accommodate me from the outset, said they had very little product left despite the website saying otherwise, then claimed they're not responsible for the website. When I got noticeably annoyed at her stonewalling, she claimed I yelled at her (which is a lie) and told me to take it or leave with nothing. It was like the Bill Burr bit about phone customer service representatives who don't want to help you, so they drag their feet until you get so frustrated you swear at them, then they hang up on you. The most convenient location for people traveling over the NY state line. Prices are good, and selection has been steadily improving. It started as a medical dispensary, and that is still a large part of their business, but the recreational selection has grown both in quantity and quality. very rude worker at the front desk on Sunday afternoon at approximately 2 pm, I went inside after a customer who was leaving held the door for me and the young lady at the front desk screamed at me for walking in without showing my id (which I was not aware of that) and wanted me to go back outside to show my id into the camera. I replied to her "I'm already inside, what is the sense of that?" she said under her breath "a**hole" At this point I asked her to repeat what she said but would not.
