Horrible customer service. Placed an order online, got an email and text confirmation that my order was accepted and ready for pick up. I arrived within 40mins of receiving these messages only to be told they don't have what I ordered. Confused I showed the employee my email and text confirmation, he proceeded to say yes we got your online order we just don't have those products in stock. He tried to sell me something else. I left without purchasing anything. There are several other options in the area. Highly recommend staying away from here and head elsewhere. read more

Less of a crush than Theory. I drive 1 hour & 20 minutes and it's worth it! The place is light, airy, clean. I preorder now, so when I get there the order is ready and the budtender takes everything out & goes over your order. I like the pre-rolls better at Theory, but every thing else is better here. This is not in the heart of town so you can get in & out! Plus Guido's fresh market place is across the street!!! I have never had any customer service issues. The interior design and layout of the store are beautiful, but the staff member I interacted with was the most unhelpful person I've ever met. She could not answer any questions regarding prices, was unable to provide a recommendation based on a medical concern and frankly, had no idea where she even was. My friends laughed hysterically as I tried to guide this woman into assisting me, while she just kept asking me to use a tablet to do her job for her. Our interaction took 20 painful minutes, which does not include the time I stood around waiting while this staff member avoided eye contact with me. After leaving, my friend mentioned a poster about micro dosing inside the shop, and everything clicked. This saleswoman was blitzed out of her mind! Maybe if employees think they're on another planet, a manager could kindly tuck them into the back room to do inventory instead of painfully interacting with customers. read more

After an endless wait at Theory in the cold and then not getting what we ordered or needed it was fantastic to find Rebelle. We went in, they had what we needed, the experience was pleasant and the staff helpful. Standing in Rebelle after spending over an hour in the cold in line at Theory really made me appreciate this place. The prices are the same if not better. Drive past (insert various other dispensaries along route 7) and stop at rebelle. As an owner of a family run business, this place ticks all the boxes for a pleasure-able experience. First off the quality is always way higher. There is less pressure from staff to rush you out . Even with pandemic they let you check stuff out . I only do preorder since its so far, and they let me change order if I need to. A couple staff at the pass were nasty about me doing this. Ive now tried the majority of the shops in nearby area, and I wont go anywhere else now. I forgot my mask and they actually didn't require one! Amazing to find a place with this policy. Those who wanted to be masked were. There were also two furry friends and companions helping customers shop. Flat out the staff make the experience what it is. They all seem cheery positive accommodating and efficient. Wish you guys the best , glad you are close - ish to me. Hope one day you offer a discount program or some form of frequency discount. You may save a few bucks going somewhere else - but you wont be assured of the quality until home. Ive yet to regret ANY purchase. read more

This place is great from the moment you pull in the parking lot. The staff is super friendly when greeting you at the door and are following very safe COVID procedures. The staff is super knowledgeable about their product and even though I was just there for a pickup (which was super easy and fast) I overheard the cashier educate another couple about their products. I can't say enough good things about Rebelle, great experience with a great selection of product. All the Rebelle staff goes above and beyond customer service. I accidentally dropped my license in the parking lot, I didn't even know I lost it. They called me first thing the next morning and told me they found it. It was so reassuring that they take their job seriously and with professionalism. I went back the next day and they knew immediately who I was and again greeted me with the upmost respect, I had to make another purchase , thanks to the all the staff at Rebelle, you guys really are the best. read more
