It was my first time so I didn't know the moves she was calling out. Great close though. Second time was Saturday for Hot Hatha. Elyse was the absolute best instructor. She's so kind and patient. She helped me adjust down to my extremely minimal skill level and lack of flexibility. I felt so welcomed by her. Fantastic experience. Prepare to sweat like crazy but feel so good about yourself.
