She used to have a studio prior to Covid and the women I met there are still some of my closest friends. I was excited when she re- opened because not only is it a beautiful studio with fabulous instructors, but it has the same warmth her old studio had. Sometimes group workouts can be intimidating, but the atmosphere at Barre Length and Strength is so supportive and welcoming, I actually look forward to working out! The results are incredible.
