I hadn't been on a regular routine in years and for the past year I have stayed on track with this workout. I love love love love love it!! my body completely transformed and I feel stronger than ever! The workout has been great for my joints as I have chronic pain and arthritis! The studio is now my go-to workout spot. There are multiple barre formats and each is a great workout. I mostly take classes with Jenny and Lady due to timing and they're both wonderful! I love the good vibes and community of the studio in addition to the classes. I have brought guests and definitely recommend checking out a class. The first is free! Plus, I've also co-hosted events at the studio with a moms' business group I volunteer with and hope to check out some studio events in the future. I joined barreUcda a few months ago. When I joined I was having up to 3 migraines a week that were sending me to the emergency room. I was miserable. Since joining I have had migraines but they were manageable enough to stay at home. I haven't felt this great in 20 years!! I have lost several inches already and am looking forward to losing several more. The instructors are the best and really are looking out for your best interest. I love barre here because it's easy to follow the moves and if I'm not doing the moves correctly, the instructors will kindly help me adjust. All the women are kind and friendly. We may be at all different fitness levels and using different weights, but we're all challenging ourselves and encouraging each other. I've taken cardio barre classes for many years in Beverly Hills and in Las Vegas, but BarreU in Coeur d'Alene is MY FAVORITE. I am so glad that Jenny has arrived here and has such a beautiful studio.
