Went to my first intro to Pilates class at Club Pilates in Hayden yesterday and it was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff were excellent! They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a free 30 minute introduction and was a workout for all levels of difficulty. Afterwards they explained the different ways you can pay for classes BUT THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE TO SIGN UP IMMEDIATELY!!! Saw their ad on Facebook and I loved how they are inclusive of all sizes. Contacted them by Facebook messenger and was immediately contacted the next day. Everyone I've spoke to has been friendly, helpful and happy to be there. The environment is very welcoming. Scheduled a free introductory class and wasn't pressured at all about joining. If you don't work or have your own remote work schedule, then Club Pilates will work for you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They don't tell you that 90% of the classes have a waiting list and you don't know until that day if you can get in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The issue is they do not let perspective clients know this until you've already signed a three month contract.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plus if you start in beginners class, you have to complete 34 classes before you can sign up for the next level, which obviously limits the probability of not being on the waitlist for a class. The workouts and instructors were very good, but overall, it really felt like a bait and switch. If you don't work or work whenever you want-this is the place for you. read more

I am obsessed with Pilates because of this location! If you are on the fence about Pilates, take the free class! I'm in my 50's and haven't worked out steadily in about 10 years. Was super nervous as I have put on quite a bit of weight after a huge weight loss. This time I decided to start my new journey with strengthening my body. I literally felt stronger after my first class! I cannot believe the improvement in strength from my head to my toes! Yes, even my feet and ankles and I even feel taller! Everything in my daily life is easier, from house cleaning to just getting up off the floor! It has led me to wanting to eat better as well! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The instructors are incredible and everyone is extremely nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The workouts are as tough as you want them to be! Even though I am leveling up, I have tons of energy for the rest of my day! I've always been curious about Pilates and a friend told me it would really help with my back pain so I went to the free introductory class. I was nervous that it may cause more pain to it but it turned out to be the complete opposite. Pilates has really helped with my back pain. I go 2-3 times a week now and I've seen and felt such an improvement. Every instructor that I've gone to has been very professional and very accommodating to any attendees' limitations like my back. The classes are not intimidating and the instructors help you in your first couple of classes get acquainted with the equipment and different positions. One of the policies I don't like or agree with is if you have to cancel a class for whatever reason including illness it has to be within 12 hours of that class or you lose a class credit which costs $20-30 dollars depending on what plan you're on. I woke up the other morning and my dog was very sick so I had to bring him into the vet unexpectedly and had to cancel my 11:30 class which I then lost that class credit. I canceled 5 hours before the class started and there was no waitlist. In fact after I canceled there was 3 open spots available for that class so why must I lose that class credit? This is one of the reasons I may not renew my membership. read more

You sign up for classes with the instructor you want online once you're a member. They are all knowledgeable and help you if you have any limitations or just can't do something. I don't feel awkward being in a class with people who have been going for a long time. Front desk is also very friendly. read more

They made me feel welcome and although they push you to improve, they are constantly reminding everyone to go at your own pace. During my short time as a member I found the class times limited. If you go on the waiting list they can add you at last minute and if you can't make it they charge you even if you cancel immediatel upon notification. I was injured after two sessions and asked them to cancel my membership, grant you I am not in shape is why I joined, and they charged me $$$ to cancel. I would rather spend my money and time with a one on one instructor who will get me back in shape without injuring my old body! Would not recommend due to their financial policies. read more
