It is not a place for a novice computer geek to go, however. When you walk through the doors, it is sort of assumed you already know what you are doing. While there is plenty of staff, they are not all that helpful. It is best to go there knowing what you need. Or, if you would prefer, you can buy one of BCOM's pre-built models, which kind of moots the point in coming here in my opinion. The prices for both complete systems and components are reasonable. However, there are other places in the city where you can go if you are looking for components with better service.

At one point, I thought I had lost my original cell phone number forever (this would have been a catastrophe). I know very little about technology, I barely use a cell phone. I put my faith into Millwoods Town Centre on Aug 18 (open until 8pm which helped) and I was BEYOND lucky! I was so impressed by a lovely man named Ray ("store manager"). Honestly the best Rogers (Fido) person I have EVER talked to in my life. He explained everything, he was helpful, patient and really took the time to make sure everything was fixed up so that I could breathe again. He is truly a wonderful worker and deserves recognition. I am terrified he might be located somewhere else (or choose to leave). Hang onto this gentleman! I rarely write any reviews online but I am making an exception. Thank you!

I went in to get copies of my parents QR codes laminated and cropped. (My folks don't have smart…read morephones.) The one copy of the QR could not be read, so she helped me email a new copy to the store link. She had it copied and laminated in no time. It's about $3.00 each. I can usually find all the stuff I need in stock. The staff is pretty competent. I like the location.

Ian always shoots straight and does a good job at a reasonable price. It's honestly refreshing to deal with a business that's more interested in developing a long-lasting relationship rather than trying to make a quick buck. ISP is the poster child for a well-run local business. If you ever have computer needs, ISP is the place to go.
