I went to Sandra about 6 weeks ago after a very nightmare of a salon experience in another state 3 months prior. I had been giving my hair a rest before future treatments. I moved to Texas and feel fortunate enough to have found Sandra. She was honest about what she could and should not do with my hair. I felt like she listened and understood what I hoped to achieve. I tend to keep my hair short and they will cut it however you want regardless of length. And my favorite... a haircut just isn't complete without a nice neck shave! Personally, if the place doesn't do a neck shave, I think they shouldn't be called a barbershop. They are all very nice and conversational. You don't find these kind of…read moreBarber shops anymore in most places and this one here is just this small place with the one barber that also knows all the towns news, that knows everyone that lives there and that will remember you after your first visit. This is my 2nd time there and it feels like I am going there for years. He knows what we talked about the last time and he is very friendly and takes his time with everyone. This of course means if you need fast hair cut you might want to go somewhere else. The people there are also very friendly and you can start a conversation with everyone, or when I was there one of the guys showed others an awesome picture he just saw in one of the magazines you can read. The library is just next door, maybe he gets them from there. As a new service he know has someone that will color your hair, so there were two women that got that done. I will go back when I can as this is just better than the other stuff I had done before.
