From the moment I walked in I I could tell this was going to be an experience not to worry about. The shop first of all is very very clean! They do an amazing job with keeping the salon looking and feeling super sanitary which is important in procedures such as these. Ali immediately walked me through the microbladed process and talked through my likes, dislikes and fears. She listened then gave her recommendation of powder brows. After hearing how knowledgeable she was on why powder vs microblading, I agreed. Ali mapped my brows perfect on the 1st attempt! She numbed me up and we got started! She constantly checked on me and my pain level and I assure you, there was no pain! Her work was impeccable. She is very very precise and detail oriented. She really goes above and beyond through the whole process. I am so happy with my results and I finally have full natural looking brows! No more filling in every morning! No more trying different brows pencils! I would recommend Ali for all services she provides because I know the quality work now that she does! And just a side note, the work that Ali and her husband do in the community aside from running their incredible business is something to be noted as well. Was told that was fine and to come in, just might not have time for a shampoo. I received a text at 10:49 confirming the 11:00 appointment and was reminded of a $25 'no show' penalty. I walked in at 11:14. Receptionist said 'the stylist says there is not enough time.' I asked why she hadn't called me. "Well, was just going to but you walked in." Oh well. an hour out of my day gone. I got the impression that they didn't care. If you waste their time you pay a fine. If they waste your time, you get a shrug.
