First the Coffee was great. They use Prophet a brand based out of South Carolina and we both loved that we could actually TASTE the coffee. We ordered two different types of lattes off of the specials/seasonal drinks and both were good. I got the Red Velvet and he go the Orange Chai. It is also located in a super cute southern downtown area with quite a few boutiques and local restaurants and bars (also an open container social district). Being downtown I did find the parking a bit challenging at first since this was apparently the place to be mid day Saturday, but I ended I finding parking on the street behind the Main Street. I also noticed a garage that appeared not to be charging as an additional option. The coffee shop itself had a cute patio, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big the place was with ample seating options (tables, couches, coffee bar seating). Since it is fall and I'm a sucker for fall drinks I tried the Maple and Cinnamon Latte with oat milk and added the pumpkin cold foam!!! This drink was full of fall flavor and perfectly balanced! I usually get a small coffee but this was so good I was regretting not getting a larger size! I'll definitely be back on my next pot stop between Greensboro and Charlotte and maybe take some time to explore the nearby shops!

I always have questions as every tea spot I go to is slightly different. I got two drinks to try out. The jasmine milktea with oat milk and a strawberry tea. Both were really good. They were too sweet which was nice for my drive home. When in the area, I would definitely return and give them my business. If you take a look at the reviews over the last three months, you will see others report something similar regarding the lengthy wait times and customer service. I've ordered in the mornings, and sometimes the drink is not ready or made incorrectly. The drive-through is typically backed up in the mornings and around lunchtime. I have not had bad experiences like this at any other location other than this one. Today I wasted my entire lunch break sitting in line to place an order only to have to pull out of the drive-through because it was taking so long. So I tried to pay for it on the mobile app and go inside so they do not make a duplicate drink, and I said "excuse me" to one of the male employees and his reply was "what". I asked him did you just say "what" to me and his response was "yes". He told me that he was busy making orders and that he could not help me and to go get in line after I told him why I came inside. Ultimately I spent over 40 minutes of my lunch break, waiting in line in the drive-through and then in the inside just to be spoken to poorly by the staff member and ultimately leaving with no drink. I'm very disappointed that my time has been wasted and this is the second time that I have left this location without the item that I have come for due to poor Customer Service or a long wait time.
