There's zero accountability and no sense of professionalism. What makes it worse is how much this place has declined. It used to be open 24 hours and had a kid center--both gone. Those were the only things that made it worth dealing with, and now they've stripped those away without improving anything else. At this point, the only thing keeping this place afloat is the Zumba class, I don't know how they were able to get this talent, but he makes it bearable. And he has to work with faulty equipment, so OUTDATED and the stop working in the middle of a song. Everything else feels like it's falling apart. I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.

I never once received a contract to my email that they say they are sending to you. It's a lie. I didn't know I signed a year contract and then when my contract was finally up, I call the billing department after my membership was cancelled, because they kept charging my account after the fact, and this stupid lady wanted to tell me that I was under a 2 year contract, which was another lie. I had the paper where I cancelled it and it was signed by the manager, and they still wanted to tell me that. How dumb. If you get into a situation like this with the franchise, you can call your bank and put a stop payment on your account so they cannot charge anymore because at this time it is considered fraud. You can do a range and your bank will monitor your account for a year or so. Never give your debit card or checking account and always use a cc if possible. The result is predictable: noise, theatrics, phones everywhere, tik tok dances, twerking in front of mirrors, zero etiquette, and conversations that sound like they belong in a locker room detention, not a training facility. When teenage boys feel comfortable loudly telling other grown men they "smell like ball cheese," or huddling up in groups of six around one BP playing clash of clans for 45 minutes and don't even have the decency to re-rack the weights or maybe it's the fact they have the audacity to treat the crossfit equipment as if they're at a McDonalds playground. the issue isn't just immaturity, it's the absence of standards. A serious gym doesn't create space for that behavior, let alone normalize it. Fix it. If this is the direction you're comfortable with, then by all means continue down this path but I for one am absolutely FED up with it. Time and time and time again I've given chance after chance after chance but coming from someone that signed the day this gym opened I'll make my decision accordingly.
