The courts are constantly closed without any notice. If it's not for pickleball "maintenance," it's for endless birthday parties. It's getting ridiculous--you show up ready to play during open gym hours, and the court is suddenly blocked off for a party that wasn't on the schedule. Other major issues: Filthy Floors: The court floors are rarely cleaned. They are incredibly dusty and slippery, which is a massive injury risk. For the price of a Life Time membership, the floors should be pristine. Wasted Space: There is plenty of empty flex space in this building, but management refuses to use it. They would rather kick basketball members off the court than use the other areas. Zero Maintenance: They'll spend money on pickleball instantly, but they won't fix the basketball hoops. We are left playing with "kid-sized" balls or cheap gear that belongs in a daycare, not a premium fitness club.

I never once received a contract to my email that they say they are sending to you. It's a lie. I didn't know I signed a year contract and then when my contract was finally up, I call the billing department after my membership was cancelled, because they kept charging my account after the fact, and this stupid lady wanted to tell me that I was under a 2 year contract, which was another lie. I had the paper where I cancelled it and it was signed by the manager, and they still wanted to tell me that. How dumb. If you get into a situation like this with the franchise, you can call your bank and put a stop payment on your account so they cannot charge anymore because at this time it is considered fraud. You can do a range and your bank will monitor your account for a year or so. Never give your debit card or checking account and always use a cc if possible. The society of senior citizens can be nice sometimes, but there's a small group( especially older ladies) who are rude and unwelcoming, making the gym feel more like a social battlefield than a place to exercise. Overall, the combination of strict rules, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly members makes this gym hard to recommend. There are better options nearby that value both safety and customer experience.
