The standout for me was actually the cassava fries -- crispy, well-seasoned, and something a little different from your usual fries. The hummus was fresh and a solid side to round everything out. Service was quick, and the whole pickup process was smooth. Overall, great food, good portions, and a nice change from typical fast casual spots. The spaghetti is on the sweeter side, as I believe it's made with banana ketchup. The adobo rice was actually good and made a nice side accompaniment for our chicken. Jollibee is always a solid choice for fried chicken. While this location was a bit slow, other experiences I've had are usually fairly efficient.

When I arrived to pick it up, the owner handed me the food and casually said he replaced my tallarines with lomo saltado -- without asking me first. He said it was "a better choice" and that they were out of tallarines. I told him clearly that I did not want lomo saltado, but he kept insisting, so I just took it to avoid arguing. When we got home, the real problem started -- both chickens were undercooked, tough, and hard to chew. It was so bad that I told my kids and family not to eat any of it, and I ended up throwing everything in the trash. I paid good money for this meal, and we didn't get to eat at all. Changing an order without consent and serving raw chicken is not acceptable. I won't be coming back.
