I drove 45 minutes across town because we were finishing with the sporting event and we timed it up so that the pick up occurred at the designated time, only to be told they were short staffed, and that it would probably be another 40 minutes from getting my meal. We canceled the order. I did get an email for 10 free wings because of that. Tonight wanting to give them a second chance we ordered Uber eats wings from the house. It's six miles from house. We placed order at 6:20 and got them at 6:50 So possibly some delays but when you get Uber Eats you don't expect Friday from the restaurant temperatures. I usually am fairly careful when I order. Uber eats for certain restaurants for this very reason but with Wingstop wings that come right out of the grease right into the bag usually stay almost too hot to eat for the first 5 to 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when I got my wings. They were not only cold. You couldn't even really pull them apart because I get flats only they were incredibly tough from being overcooked or this facility is still shortstaffed and just cooked off a bunch of wings for volume and mine were the lucky ones that sat for a decent amount of time before they just threw some seasoning on them and toss them in a container for Uber. I couldn't really even eat them. 0-2 at one of my favorite places...

The mala fries were definitely crispy as well, and the sauce they put on it adds a nice touch. The portion of the fries were a little small however, but they hit the spot. It's a small place somewhat tucked away where there's not much traffic, but I'd love to see this restaurant get more exposure. The air inside felt okay, the AC blowing felt a little humid so I wasn't too sure what that was about. Service was quick - you just order at the front, find a seat, and they bring it out to you hot and fresh. I'll definitely come back for the chicken sandwich as I've never had it at a Korean fried chicken place and it does look pretty good. Overall great food, I'd recommend it!

An order is either wings OR leg & thigh (no breasts). Perfect! I love dark meat! My favorite sauce is the Garlic Soy which tastes a bit like General Tso sauce. I've had the French fries & Coleslaw for side items (they dont have vegetables) but the main focus is the chicken. I use this place as a to-go spot but they do have some tables for dine-in. This would be a great place to pick up to go chicken and pair it with some side items at home. In my view, the fried chicken is undisputably good!

They said the website has the most up to date menu items Super Supreme 5/5 Really quite extraordinary, packed with flavor and toppings. Hawaiian 3/5 - good but not sure the added American bacon bit elevates the traditional Hawaiian. Wings - medium spicy (3/5) not bad by any means but didn't feel special in any way. Kind of reminded me of grocery store frozen aisle wings (which I don't dislike actually) but yeah. Wouldn't come here specifically for the wings. Maybe they're better eaten in store. Overall, loved the visit. Would definitely come back to try some of the pizzas I didn't see on the paper menu next time like the Honey Crème.

That's when we came across Cup N Char and noticed they offered Detroit-style pizza--something neither of us had tried before. We stopped by to order in person, and right away the staff made a great impression. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was very clean. There were also a few groups dining in, which gave the place a nice, welcoming vibe. Since we wanted to try a variety, the staff recommended ordering a half-and-half medium pizza, which turned out to be the perfect suggestion. We went with half Italian Mob (pepperoni, onions, banana peppers, and sausage) and half Grassy Chicken (chicken, onions, and banana peppers). Both sides were flavorful, with the Detroit-style crust really standing out--crispy on the edges and soft inside. We also ordered the chicken wings with the original hot sauce, and those were a great addition. The flavor was rich and buttery--definitely a must-have alongside the pizza. Overall, the portions were generous, and we loved being able to mix and match flavors. This is a spot we'll definitely be coming back to for takeout pizza and wings.

We were in Fulshear and wanted to try something different that we don't have near us, so we decided to give it a shot. The restaurant itself is beautiful on the outside with an inside that has a modern, open design. You come in and seat yourself, and while there were several tables available, the restaurant definitely wasn't empty. There were people dining in the back room and out on the porch. It was a gorgeous day, but we opted for the AC. Service wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't especially attentive. It took a while for someone to come by with menus, and throughout the meal things just seemed to move slowly despite the restaurant not appearing understaffed. I don't mind a relaxed pace, but I also don't want to spend my entire afternoon sitting indoors at some random restaurant waiting around. We started with chips and queso. The chips were decent, but the queso was extremely thin and soupy--more like cheese soup than queso--thus definitely not worth the $10 price tag. Unless you love soupy queso. Then maybe it's definitely worth the $10 to you. For lunch, my brother and mom ordered The Local Burger with Fries and added avocado, my friend ordered the Beef Tenderloin Steak Wrap with Chips, and I tried the Spicy Buffalo Pizza because honestly, every menu starts looking the same after a while, and I wanted something different. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our order. Everyone's food arrived but my brother's because our server somehow assumed mom and he were sharing one burger since they ordered the same thing. They also forgot the avocado add-on for both burgers. Mom gave my brother her basket, and they shared the burger until his came, which was about 10 to 15 minutes later. Mom liked the fries because they came out hot and weren't overly salted, but neither she nor my brother really raved about the burgers. I think by then they forgot they asked for avocado, and we weren't charged for it, but that's kind of annoying to ask for something and nothing is said...they just quietly make sure not to charge you for it. The Spicy Buffalo Pizza was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I expected a more traditional buffalo chicken pizza, but instead it was kind of a layered, heavily drizzled mess that didn't really work together. The crust also appeared to be some sort of cornmeal-style crust that wasn't my favorite and didn't hold up well under the weight of the toppings. It was the kind of slice you knew would end up on you rather than in you, so I was really careful to make sure it hit the pizza board and not me. I ended up boxing most of it for my housemate. Mark wanted dessert, and they have something called "The Spot Ice Cream Sandwich," which is a brownie or assorted cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings. Mom asked whether he could simply order the brownie by itself, and our server Victor said he would ask, but we never actually got an answer. One thing that really annoys me at restaurants is charging $4 for fountain drinks and then not keeping them refilled. Victor did eventually ask about refills, but by then the meal was basically over. Overall, this place wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. The atmosphere and design are probably the strongest part of the experience. I wouldn't necessarily avoid it, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to come back. What made lunch even funnier is that next door at Cross Creek Ranch, there's a hanging sign advertising an "observation deck." We had debated going before lunch but decided to eat first and then check it out afterward. Much like the restaurant itself, the concept sounded far more impressive than the actual experience. There really wasn't much to observe. I just found it amusing that both experiences ended up being equally mediocre.
