I cannot recommend this place enough to people who are always asking me where my dogs get cut because they look so good. I tell them that not only is the owner the best groomer I have ever been to in terms of her talent but that for many other reasons this place is above and beyond the rest I have ever been to over past 20 years of being a dog owner. She doesn't schedule dogs in a way that leaves them going in and out of a crate over the course of 4-5 hours - my dog goes early in the morning around 7 and is ready to pick up by 8:30. Also, she keeps her prices very reasonable which is like finding a needle in a haystack these days. When you go in you don't walk into a typical shop where things are done out of sight but she is right there working in front of you and if she isn't cutting a dog she is cleaning her space and tools getting ready for the next dog. This set-up is something that very much puts me at ease leaving my dogs there and I appreciate the fact that she keeps it simple in terms of having a small, clean space and doing things in a manner that make it easier and quicker for me, my wallet and my pups. read more

There aren't enough words to say how happy I am with Heaven Scent Grooming. I am probably one of the most particular and demanding dog owners. I've lived all over and have had some of the top groomers in the country groom my dog. Lisa is BY FAR the best groomer I've ever had. She is truly AMAZING. Her knowledge of dogs' health and incredible grooming/scissor trimming skills is matched only by her incredible heart and love for animals. My Bogie has been going to Lisa (Heaven Scent Grooming) for many years now. I had to find a new groomer as his previous groomer became filthy, smoked pot while grooming, etc. Melissa L. maybe this is the groomer your referring to in your review as you are barking up the wrong tree about Heaven Scent. Heaven Scent is spotless, they are affordable and Bogie comes out looking like a show dog. Lisa and her staff are compassionate and knowledgeable about animals and treat Bogie as their own. We have been searching for a good groomer for our two Westies for a while with some bad results. Yesterday was our first visit to Heaven Scent and we have now found a GREAT groomer. She listened to our concerns, offered suggestions and then did an amazing job turning the previous bad cuts into two amazing little dogs! I have brought I believe 5 dogs here between mine, my grandmothers and my uncles... everything from a Rottweiler to a yorkie. I'm surprised by the negative review, lisa and her employees have always been more than friendly and you can tell immediately what a dog lover she is. Last I knew she even offered either referral discounts or multi discounts, check with the shop to be sure. LISA is a great groomer The team at Heaven scent get the job done quickly and professionally without excessive charges. I have 2 hair dogs and Lisa does the best job. My long coat Tibetan terrier needed a haircut badly but I didn't want him to be too short. Lisa tackled the job leaving him beautiful, not too short and still looking like his breed all at a reasonable price. My experience at Heaven Sent always been good, and my dog walks in the shop with no problems and we pick her up and she is always perky and happy.
