They always have beautiful stock of fish in ranging Mollies and Guppies to Angels and Gourami's; they even have saltwater. Their tanks are always spotless with rarely ever having dead fish in their tanks! They have a nice small selection of live plants. Petco is the premier place in Chambersburg to buy fish!

If you have a pond or want to start one, they have lots of supplies for that as well. My husband often goes in for "one thing" and ends up looking around for awhile. The cashiers and staff are all friendly, and if you need help finding something, there is always someone nearby to help. While they do sell pets, it's not like most stores selling pets. Their kittens are often strays they find which are tame and friendly. When we can, we like to go to Franklin instead of chain stores. Prices are comparable, and sometimes lower than chains. It's a laid-back atmosphere and pleasant experience.

The place is difficult to describe in words due to its broad selection, so it's best just to check it out yourself!
