It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. All of them in Clarksville stated that they couldn't do it; due to needing the dog to be able to stand on it's own in some brace/contraption. This groomer never said it was an issue and never made it seem it would be issue with her being in a diaper. They take care of her, even with her anxiety issues, and she's in a fresh diaper when we pick her up. She looks like a brand new pup every single time with bows/bandannas in her hair.

Heather took time to assure my fur baby felt SAFE! Chachacha is a rescue, with a series of traumas from previous owners. Our cross country move has really tested OUR strength. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Chachacha at pick up. She smelled HEAVENLY and although it had been a long day for her. She was, relatively calm and relaxed. TRY -Heather... My fur baby comes home and her eye is swollen and the white part of her eye was maroon NOT red but Maroon. I called them the next day because they had closed by the time I saw it and asked for the owner to call me and she never did. Her daughter texted me what they think happened to Roux Roux'd eye and basically said that she was so rambunctious that she "MUST" have busted a blood vessel in her eye, but just one eye and not both? Please dont take your baby to this place. I will never go back. I hope this will save someone else from going through this.....Bad business totally!!!! I wouldnt give it one star but they make you choose one to post your review. Zero stars!!!!!!

I brought him here (cannon dr.) because it's very close to my job and had relatively reasonable prices. I came to say hi on my break because it was his first time and I wanted to check in (don't judge he's my baby) when I came in to see him he was bleeding from his legs and paws, split a dewclaw in half and was covered in drool (one of his stress responses) the staff then told me he was moved to the other building because he climbed on top of the crate he was in. he filed down all his nails trying to get out of the crate/kennel they had him in. he was brought outside on a leash only. he was not able to free roam or play with other dogs. I guess doggy daycares here are different from where I am from because for me a doggy daycare is a place dogs can run around and not be in a cage all day. hence why I brought him there. I will never be bringing him back and I hope to find a place that will actually take care of him while I'm at work and not lock him in a crate. if you're comfortable with paying for your dog to be locked up all day, don't hesitate to bring them here but if you're looking for a place for your dog to run around and have fun with other dogs this is not the place. The staff was very friendly and sent 3 pictures of him while I was working. they were all very kind. I'm just confused on what their job is if they aren't watching the dogs in their care. this was all easily preventable.

When I called to set up the appointment I recounted our experience with the other groomer, and the employee I was speaking with was appalled at my story. I asked if their groomers were skilled in scissor-cutting double-coated dogs. She asked me to hold while she consulted the groomer. As it turns out, the groomer who took care of my dog has owned Pomeranians in the past and is well-versed in how to groom them properly WITH scissors. So I made the appointment and was told that it would probably be only 60 to 90 minutes. That was surprising for a bath, haircut, and nail trim...or maybe I'm just used to the other groomer and their 3 hour grooming windows. Riley's even calls to give you a 15 minute heads up that the grooming is almost complete. My girl looked good when I went to pick her up. She had a bath (presumably with unscented doggy shampoo since she didn't smell like an exotic dancer.) She even had a little bow in her hair. That was a nice touch. Maybe next time I'll ask them to paint her toenails. The most important thing is that she made my baby look like a Pomeranian again. It's gong to take a while longer to get her coat fully restored, although it may never grow back properly 100%, but the groomer was able to even things out so it doesn't have that weird look that we'd had before. At any rate, I'm pleased with the job Ms. Jackie did, and we'll be back.

This was my second bad experience with this groomer. I have a Ragdoll cat that was supposed to…read morereceive a bath, and cut. Both times they did not perform the cutting saying the cat was too unsettled. They charged me over $130 to bathe, cut the back nails, and supposedly de-shed. This to my cat that I comb out everyday. When I got home I ran a comb through her and found no difference. I will never take my animals to this place again. I'd get better service at PetSmart than I do here.

They never disappoint whenever I get them back and they are such nice people!!!! They really do treat your pet right and personally get to know and remember them. My sisters second dog Billy, was really shy and had a hard time being there, he's a puppy, but the next few times got much more easier for him. I love the washes they use on the dogs, getting them smelling fresh and clean, adding a cute lil bandana around their necks! They do have limited hours for the day and can be booked quickly, so call a few days in advance. Thank you all for being such a great, friendly, place for pets and people!

We have used Kathy's for boarding and day care several times. We will be trusting them again…read moretomorrow for 8 nights with our fur babies. We are just like every other doggie parent and hate to leave our fur babies when we vacation. However, we do not feel that way when leaving them at Kathy's. The staff is so good to our babies. They are senior dogs and have some special needs. We have never ran into an issues while trusting them with our dogs. We even get updates with pictures!!
