They have a little of almost everything. If you've never been to a refillery before, they have a scale where you can weigh container that you brought from home or will buy from them or took a donated container and put a piece of tape on it and write down the weight. At checkout they will weigh it and subtract the weight of container so you only pay for the weight of product, not including the container. They also keep a notepad at checkout so you can write down any requests you would like them to try to stock.

So you bringing your bottle and then they weigh it and deduct that weight from the total after you filled it to whatever level you would like. If you don't have a bottle, there are a lot of lovely bottles there that you can use that people have donated. They are mindful in choosing which products they have based on ingredients and environmental impact. I'm going to love coming here to replace my dish soap and hair products. It feels great to contribute to less plastic waste going into the landfills.

When the delivery day came, the driver kept me updated with everything and confirmed when they were dropped off at her office along with a picture of where it was left.
