Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that your company had arranged a small buffet for employees. The warehouse staff were polite and exchanged festive greetings, creating a positive atmosphere. This reflected well on management and is worth acknowledging. However, an incident that followed severely disrupted what had been a pleasant morning. I must clearly identify that the staff member involved is the senior female employee from the back department responsible for vegetables senior lady ! This day she was standing their cut pork for customer and employee! she refused to provide proper portions to my employee, who was waiting in line appropriately. Instead, she directed her to take leftover scraps filled with excessive bone fragments. When I calmly asked for clarification, this staff member responded with a cold, impatient, and hostile attitude, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. My employee feels like homeless need get her food ! As long-term customers and fellow business owners who consistently support your company, we expect fairness and respect, particularly during a festive occasion meant to reflect goodwill. As business operators ourselves, we understand that management culture directly affects reputation. What we witnessed today raises serious concerns regarding internal service standards and supervision. When I showed an older bald employee a photo of the item I was looking for, he pointed me to the section--only about 20-25 feet from the register. But before I could head over, he asked me to leave my bag at the front. I complied, but it felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. As I browsed, I couldn't help but notice that he kept his eyes glued to me the entire time, almost as if I was planning to steal a $3.98 strainer. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After later reading reviews from other shoppers, it seems this type of treatment isn't unusual here. Between the overpriced items and the poor customer experience, I've decided this will be my last visit. My experience with ILiquidate has been outstanding, I got a great deal and amazing service. I couldn't say enough good things! I love my new bed and mattress! I spent months sleeping on an air bed waiting to find the prefect upholstered platform bed and mattress and I could not be happier! I found ILiquidate on CL then verified them via yelp and Facebook. After inquiring via FB message about items I saw on their page I received a prompt response and was able to schedule a time that worked with my schedule to come in. Bill met us at the warehouse on a Saturday morning and we were the only people there, he was professional and very kind. There is a wide range of items in the warehouse, my friend unexpectedly left with an awesome faux fire place heating unit. Having never purchased a mattress before I was nervous about the negotiation process, but everything went very smoothly and I got a great deal! Bill even waited while I looked up the retail prices of the items online to insure I was comfortable. When I got home and unpacked everything the quality and condition of the items was excellent. I did have a small hiccup where one of the boxes with bed parts didn't make it into the car but I only mention this because the issue was resolved promptly and very professionally. As soon as I let Bill know he checked the warehouse confirmed that there was an additional box that should have made it into my van and then arranged to have the box delivered to my apartment. It was not more than 30 hours from the time I noticed the missing parts to the time they were on my door step. It very well could have been that I didn't load the box into the van and shame on me for not double checking before I left, but at no point did whose fault come into play, the issue was very promptly resolved in a way that cost me no additional time or money. Maybe this place is not just for them but for also other non-restaurant businesses that mostly need those type of supplies. If you don't feel that Costco or other similar places don't give you enough to maintain your business, then this is a good place to go to since quantity or even quality amount is much higher here.
